I just bought these and cant wait to receive it but just so you know it shows that there is a cut in the video when you bend down and go back up. You styled your hair. Its okay to say it. We all want honest marketing ❤️
Yeah, I've been an active cosmetologist for over 15 years. Her hair looks beautiful when she flips back up but that was "retouched" with an iron or something similar (if not fully redone). Pretty irritating to be honest. That's not to say these are bad or that they don't work. 1) It takes practice to fingure out which way to set/roll them for your desired style and 2) the diameter of the roller changes everything. Larger (diameter) rollers or doubling the number of rollers used would have given her a more "wearable" look (with the rollers alone). If your hair is longer you could get away with using 6 rollers but you just won't get as much curl at the crown of the head. Hope this helps Ps There is nothing wrong with retouching/fixing some pieces with an iron. Until you get enough practice you will probably want to do that. The issue I have is this video is misleading but welcome to the internet 🤷♀️
I honestly think she did the cut bc she is showing how she ran her fingers threw and styled it and then how it looked after she fixed it. Not false advertising!! Please be kind
I bought these at TJMaxx and they are so hard to use because the rollers don’t stay and constantly roll out. You can see it happen to her at 1:27.
