I would also recommend when drawing the sword from the Saya to keep it close in front of you . If you fail to do so the opponent will have an opening to your wrist and will easily be able to cut off your hand .

Great question 💯! If you're not going to practice with a katana right now, at least use something that's the same weight as a katana. So that way when you're ready, the difference in weight doesn't throw you off balance. #YouGotThis 🙌🏾

(One Kashka salesman on RUclips said that a sword fight lasts less than 5 seconds, but I love to see the girls dancing with it for more than 5 minutes. It motivates me to get fit) Hmm... I now know that one can only grow in the right environment. This means that certain people must not be near me at all in order for me to be at my best all the time.
