Pure nostalgia! If you grew up in the GDR like I did, this simple GDR recipe will take you back to your childhood. A time when super tasty and inexpensive pasta with tomato sauce was cooked with ketchup and hunting sausage.
Simple, quick, tasty and cheap. Perfect for reminiscing about old times ;)
Recipe to cook:
350g hunting sausage
1 onion
350g tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons flour
250g pasta
Salt pepper
oil for frying

Das ist quasi das Grundrezept. Selbstverständlich kann man das beliebig mit Käse pimpen ;)
Und ja, zuviel Käse ist kaum möglich :D
