- Pasta and tuna are two simple foods that can be used to cook very tasty recipes! But you probably haven't cooked a creamy sauce with tuna and lemon with it yet 😃. A béchamel sauce is also really quick to make and is perfect for this. If the sauce should be too lumpy, you can puree it briefly 🤓. If you don't like tuna or are vegetarian, just leave out the fish 😇. The meal goes well with a leafy salad and a glass of white wine 😍. Have fun re-cooking 👩🏻🍳!
Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
30g butter
2 cloves of garlic
30g flour e.g. wheat flour (for a gluten-free version e.g. rice flour)
400ml milk
a handful of parsley (or dill also fits well)
1 organic lemon (we need the peel)
100ml white wine (or broth)
salt, pepper
250g spaghetti
about 200ml pasta water
1 can of tuna
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Thunfisch, Knoblauch, Petersilie, Butter, Mehl, Milch, Weißwein, Zitronenabrieb… was soll daran NICHT schmecken 😊 ? Schönes Rezept, wird nachgekocht (evtl. mit kleinen Abwandelungen), solche Kommentare wie „Strunk vom Knoblauch nicht entfernt“ oder „Mehlschwitze, kochen wie vor 50 Jahren“ einfach ignorieren 😉, das Grundrezept finde ich geil 👍. Oki Dok, ich esse Thunfisch mit Pasta seit 1990 in allen geschmacklichen Richtungen. Alle der Hammer und diese kommt auch hinzu. Danke dafür!👍🤘 Dabei ist Thuna am besten geeignet, der Thunfisch hat nicht wirklich einen Fisch Geschmack und auf den stehe ich gar nicht. Thunfisch im Nudelsalat!!!! Genial!!!!👍👍👍👍👍

I don’t drain my pasta. I scoop it out with my spoon with the funny little fingers on it and a hole in the middle, the pasta is really hot and still dripping wet and then I add my spoon of water, then throw it away

Oh never mind, saw the small caption.
The recipe is fine, nothing special. However, you pretty much burnt the garlic making it bitter and also went too rough on the lemon zest and had a lot of white pith there again making it bitter. When zesting it's better to motion in just one direction instead of both. Gives cleaner result.
