Yeah the last verse was from ( the baseball player) Knox’s cousin’s perspective. Unfortunately he did die. This song is too important it needs to be spread far and wide.
And Ren did the production on this one as well.
Added quite a bit of texture. Like the choir for example.
Just important and heavy track.
I was wondering when we would be getting ur reaction! Such a deep and relevant song! I selfishly want them to do a whole album!
Same!!!
Samuel Perry-Falvey did the video. Ren produced and Knox was epic and powerful telling his story of his cousins death.
Thank you Knox for this song ❤
This was so powerful. The lyrics/knox’s pen, REN’s singing, the videography all top tier! So sorry for Knox’s loss. This is an important subject matter to discuss
Also Ren was a producer on this song.
Knox said that the last verse was from the perspective of his cousin.
Knox said ren produced this as well. I think Knox tells his story so well and ren did a perfect job of adding to it and not detracting from it being Knox’s story. Video is amazing as well. So glad it’s creating important conversations. ❤
Love how Ren and Knox owned this story. It was a perfect collab. Both knocked it out of the park without any over-shadowing. Both these guys are super-talented and did a great job complimenting each other musically.
This is, indeed a very important topic. Leave it to these two bois to bring it to the top level.
Ren/Sam production, Knox project about the vicious circle of addiction... Hope, people listen, the profitting corporations and cartels won't...

A fine collaboration on an important song.
I've been waiting for this. Thank you ❤ I absolutely love this song, for the message, for knox's incredible word artistry and foe Ren.
While the subject matter is obviously sad, I am loving that this topic is getting discussed in ways that are likely to get in front of the people who need to hear it. I also love the support you, Knox, BP, etc… have for each other. It’s a sort of positivity that’s nice to see. And as always, Ren is a stand up guy, happy to participate in helping other artists grow.
Give Ren some love he's not well
❤❤🙏🙏
Yes
❤🙏
One of the best and realist songs I've heard this year, if not longer...
Rest in peace KnotHill’s cousin
Amen to that 😔
This was so good and yes it was as if we were watching a movie. Ren and Knox were amazing and I'm so sorry Knox's cousin died. Fentany takes the life of the family for the death of their loved one who couldn't control the addiction. That's how powerful the need is.Thank you for your reaction lol
Such a powerful song🔥♥️✌️
We all know what Knox was doing when he let Ren hear these lyrics lol, of course he is going to use his platform too for this masterpiece. So Ren took it and went crazy on the production, this track is now Knox's best work imo.
I really hope the song and reactions stay. It needs to be said. O was looking forward to watching your reaction as part of the. Word. Surprised you didn’t know the story of Knox’s cousin. I kinda heard he lost a cousin to an overdose and yes it seems like a three points of view song. Peace and love all
He calls out Tribe called Quest in the first bars
💔💔💔
❤great reaction as always ❤
Fire song, much needed message. 💜
🔥🔥🔥💙💙💙💥💥💥💔💔💔
Excellent
This is absolutely brilliant!!! It’s not just a song I would go so far as to call it a Cautionary Tale!!! I’ve lost a bunch of friends to drugs!! I also went down the same road as them but jumped of the Ferris Wheel of Chaos and Addiction!!! I’ve been clean and sober for 5yrs now!!! I know I’m ga minority!!!😢
Saw baby bros reaction right away, glad to see yours!!!!
Great reaction. Clever lyrics n 🔥 hook. Thanks ❤

Loved your reaction. Enjoyed the video ❤👍😀👍
Hey love your reaction videos could you react to Sammy J - Don’t Say Goodbye he's is a really good singer and is from New Zealand
Ren - Golden Brown by The Stranglers
Thank mate.. another subject from Knox and Ren that doesn't get spoken about enough... drug addiction is dangerous and this highlights this.. people will, hopefully, start talking and pushing for change
So powerful message, prayers to the people that have lost their way. Knox and Ren are amazing story tellers. 😪🙏🐐🌹 Thank you 💕
Big up to Sam and his Square Sun for the visuals, and Knox... leaning more into performance-acting, and sooo good! Fire lyrics, important subject through reveling his own family experience... So well done!
And Ren... a perfect spice, and perhaps an inspiration in the production side a bit?
This is a gem, altogether. Thank you.
They're suppressing it so I'm glad to see your reaction. I'm also glad they left the PSA info, I hate those numbers though .... too many.
This hits so hard. It needs to be seen by as many people as possible. Knox and Ren were both amazing putting this together.
Knox and Ren always talking about the real shit in life. Bringing attention to a huge problem in the US. Nice reaction!!❤❤
Such an important song. I do so love reactors giving that smile when Ren sings. Good song Knox ❤
De La Soul - 3 Feet High and Rising.
I think Knox was in the doorway at the purgatory pub... I hope someone can find out.
🔥🔥🔥 here for the algo, love and respect bro
Would sure be nice if Travis and I could actually hang out for real!!!! I’m sure you agree 😘
Love the song by the way have been watching 100s of hours of your vids mainly Aussie ones, I was trying to find who your top five male singers are??
Please hug Travis for me since they won’t let me see him yet. Love you bro!!!
Great reaction! Knox has always had an elite pen and there's definitely bars here, but I'm glad he scaled that back some and really focused on the message. So many people need to hear it
I can show you the scar from tumor he mentions in song Best of myself. Also this song has so much more to do with than just me, but they did try to kill me with a fentanyl od Easter weekend. Cops wouldn’t take me to be tested and lied about shit, so I walked my ass to the hospital in the snow to get tested before it came out of my system within 24 hours. We will win this war!!! Appreciate you all 😘
He passed a few months back. In vane in vein!
This is such a good one, I'm glad Knox decided to release it.
I will admit I did drugs that I shouldn’t have done, but Travis and I have been doing some intense shadow work that won’t make sense to others until this war is actually over
Someone like 10 years younger than us died in a house down the road from you of a fentanyl od. Just talked to their family again today.
🔥❤🔥🖤💔
❤
Hello everyone
The heart behind this song is beautiful. I just can't bear to listen to Knocks Hill rap. Seems like a nice guy and what he has to say is great but lyrically and sonically he's 1990s schoolboy level at best.
Gonna agree with everything you said. Knox isn’t even mid rapper, awesome RUclips channel, reactor, like listening to him talk, but not rap. Ren needs to not do certain projects even if he feels a sense of gratitude.
Sounds like you guys know nothing about rap then. Knox was a rapper playing shows well before a RUclipsr. The whole reason his breakdowns are so good is because he is a top tier lyricist who knows what to look for. His pen is well respected in the game. That's why legends like Kxng Crooked, Locksmith have worked with him. He's gotten shout outs from the likes of Tech N9ne & Royce da 59. It's cool to say you can't catch the bars and lyrics are flying over your head, because if that's your critique of Knox they obviously are. If anything sometimes he's too technical and lyrical and needs to tone down his writing
