Yeah, those screams ain't no easy stuff to pull off night after night. Fortunately we haven't yelled ourselves horses (yet). :D There's a full band studio tribute of this track on our channel, hope you'll enjoy it.
"HOMICIDAL MANIAC , KILL AND KILL AGAIN.... SURVIVE MY BRUTAL THRASHING ILL HUNT YOU TO THE END"..... jeez man chill haha but i get it since its SLAYER!
Blasting our way through the boundaries of Hell No one can stop us tonight We take on the world with hatred inside Mayhem the reason we fight Surviving the slaughters and killing we've lost ....ATTTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!
awesome! the first song I ever heard by Slayer and always takes me right back to being 13 again whenever I hear it. when we used to buy albums based on the cover and song titles lol. kids have it easy now haha
.........And now I think I have just seen the ironic light about Slayer. INDEED, it turns out I was ignorant. It took me a while with Priest, and now I've seen the error of my ways with Slayer. This song from Show No Mercy makes me forget Kill 'Em All was even my first thrash experience. I think I may have just hit the jackpot to cracking death metal, and I have been searching for that for the longest time with no luck. And now, I can only say.... SLLAAYYEERR!!!!!!!!
Any Slayer shows is fucking killer but seeing them back then would have been intense, them being young and being able to see them in smaller venues especially.
He couldn't when I saw them two years back. Pity, but then again, I don't think anyone's throat can handle something as epic as that scream for over 20 years.
@neoxx07 YES, but not straight through. Ive 6 different audio shows from this 1985 tour on my harddrive. DYNAMO was an 18 song set. i think the tour hit 15-20 shows over there. the best ive heard is this one. Haunting the Chapel, Crypts of Eternity, Hardening of the Arteries, and Kill Again are all played here. All awesome songs that rarely were played after Reign. SLAYER!
Acho que e o sonho de todos os amantes do metal tocar assim Slayer-SHOW NO MERCY Sepultura-MORBID VISIONS- BESTIAL DEVASTADOS-SCHIZOFRENIA Death- SCREAM BLOOD GORE Decide- DEICIDE Morbid angel- ALTARS OF MADNESS Venom- BLACK METAL Canibal corpse- BUTCHERED AT BIRTH dentre outros
Please name 1 band who play in today's word so good as those guys in 1983 !!?? You can't as there is absolutely no band in the world who can compete with this sort of mayhem :)
@Ozzmanconnection I agree. To me, Reign in Blood was the cut-off point in their career. Everything they've done lately is indeed heavy, but quite frankly, it started getting to the point where it didn't sound like real music anymore
@xDXPxJOEx456x1 From what I've heard usually when you can here the bass, it's the bassists who make sure their instrument isn't lost in the mix, so more often than not the better bassists are the ones who take pride in their playing and want it heard. E.G.: Steve Harris, Flea, Geddy Lee and Billy Sheenan.
@Ozzmanconnection I've come to except the fact that these guys are in their forties and damn near hitting their 50's and with that they've obviously no longer have that amazing creativity they had when they were in their late teens and twenties. Having said that, each album still produces a few quality tracks that rival the old stuff, AND they still play as hard and fast as guys half their age.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but is there a tape going on in the background towards the end from the Hell Awaits tune: "Pray to the Moon when it's round . . . "?
i love old lives . With the great dirty sound .
+Azod KOtic Me too!
Old live recordings and old demos are so climatic. They're not so clean and that's why they're great.
My fucking black heart.
ruclips.net/video/HQjv7Pt7vEc/видео.html ;)
the dude screaming "homicidal maniac!" sounds like Hetfield
#shouldhavebeenlars
Damn, beat me to this comment. LOL
@@keithconley872 maybe it IS him eh? imagine?

Rest in Peace Jeff Hanneman!!! You will never be forgotten!!! I miss the old Slayer...
Rip Jeff Hanneman he will be missed may his soul find peace.

this was back when Tom was still able to scream before he yelled himself permanently horse. haha
When the bass was audible.
Those damn horses!
Yeah, those screams ain't no easy stuff to pull off night after night. Fortunately we haven't yelled ourselves horses (yet). :D There's a full band studio tribute of this track on our channel, hope you'll enjoy it.
this is a preview of the angel of death scream
i miss this slayer..
"HOMICIDAL MANIAC , KILL AND KILL AGAIN.... SURVIVE MY BRUTAL THRASHING ILL HUNT YOU TO THE END"..... jeez man chill haha but i get it since its SLAYER!
man..... to have seen Slayer multiple times from 1982-1988 would've been incredible.
That intro scream though. He is a God
That Slaytanic shirt needs to be brought back.
Yep! Back in the good old days! It never ceased to amaze me when SLAYER played their tunes live and as twice as fast than in studio.
EVIL HAS NO BOUNDARIES = My fav SLAYER song.
Mine too
No rules to audio levels. Large crowd. Real passion. No iPhone bullshit.
love those guys in the crowd at the beginning singing kill again
I saw Slayer and Anthrax in Norfolk October 3rd, 2016. Tom looks so young here. Now he looks like something out of a JRR Tolkien book.
and ur complaining?
Well this was 1985 you know
Was he not supposed to age? Just shut up muppet.
I know two female friends who still say he's a sex symbol.
he's resembling Jerry Garcia
So glad I got to these concerts back in the day. Feel for the kids now.......
Lucky MFer. I was born in 85' and only got to see this era of metal bands way past their prime.
I think Tom was possessed by a banshee when he did That scream
Dave Lombardo from start to finsih (I mean career wise too) is simply phenomenole ...Greatest drummer ever..the good ones get no respect...

Some guy was singing Kill Again at the beginning, ha.
My goodness, some of you are right. He does sound like Hetfield of KEA era in the first verse. Epic ! :-)
Any Slayer shows is fucking killer but seeing them back then would have been intense, them being young and being able to see them in smaller venues especially.
I want that shirt Toms Wearing..IT'S EPIC!!!!!!!
I have this whole show on vinyl, it's fucking sick!
i love that song, off one of the greatest metal albums of all time and easily slayers best, forget reign in blood this was where its at.
Thank you for the improved quality on the sound. Genius
Ohh I wish I was there!
You must remember that the people in the audience have never seen or heard anything like this.
Gonna miss you, Slayer. :( The End is Near...

My favorite concert of the best metal band
Back when cell phones didn't exist.
That sound it’s so evil !! Sounds like black metal
Love it, sounds very punk!
They sound more faster on stage than in albums
He couldn't when I saw them two years back. Pity, but then again, I don't think anyone's throat can handle something as epic as that scream for over 20 years.

Ladies and gentleman, you can't beat this shit. Everything just feels a little bit faster.
Crystopsy With a name like that I'm sure "And Then You'll Beg" holds up to this.
@Ozzmanconnection I agree. To me, Reign in Blood was the cut-off point in their career. Everything they've done lately is indeed heavy, but quite frankly, it started getting to the point where it didn't sound like real music anymore

That moment when you realize how young Tom looks similar to Rick James, including holdingthe bass the same way. :-O
@kidpein
Yeah, but with most of Slayer's albums. The bass is audible, but not very lon gand often
Have any of u notice before :10 theres some fan screaming the "kill again" lyrics?
@Ozzmanconnection I've come to except the fact that these guys are in their forties and damn near hitting their 50's and with that they've obviously no longer have that amazing creativity they had when they were in their late teens and twenties. Having said that, each album still produces a few quality tracks that rival the old stuff, AND they still play as hard and fast as guys half their age.
