@obdxb yes correct what you've heard at the entrances BUT Dubai government is already having the plan for improving the connectivity in JVC and surrounding areas. 1 bridge is already completed and few more are already in advanced stages of construction.
Its the worst place, roads due to so much constructions are not in good shape. Exit points except one are all choked up already and more towers coming up means huge traffic snarls. The exit to Hessa street has to be one of the worst route to connect to from JVC, always traffic jam. There looks to be no solution due to saturation of roads and exit points.
I hear you, traffic is a concern. The government is investing in infrastructure to solve this though! And we're already seeing improvements in many different areas. Give it sometime until majority of the constraction finish so they can improve the inner roads as well.
@@Gorilla_Real_Estate_Dubai They built a flyover from Al Khail to Hessa street, with a single exit lane, even if they increase it to 2 lanes there will be no respite, simply because the main hessa street above is already choked up with bumper traffic. They may build a flyover from hessa towards al khail deira but that solves only the returning to JVC problem, not going from JVC to hessa street. If you look at all exit points from JVC they end up with a single lane at exit points, whether going towards Mohammed Bin Zayed side or Hessa street. Its the traffic everywhere that the authorities are requesting pvt companies to allow WFH and its officially in news.
Amazing my friend!
Excellent. Thank you. Does the Metro go to the JVC area? Bus? How far to Downtown? Thanks again.
You’re creating such fantastic video content! I recently saw your video, and it’s nothing short of amazing. Your talent is so inspiring.
Perfect video to understand JVC 🎉 Thank you for your effort
Glad you liked it
Always the best ❤
Great video! What about the traffic? I heard it’s bad in jvc.
