It's perfect. Krabs already sounds similar to Sully's singing voice, Plankton bears a lot of similarities to Mike, "you green with it" and Krabs singing about if he was rich. Series finale song right here where Krabs and Plankton finally become friends again, for real.
There's something very sweet about the idea of Krabs needing Plankton to keep himself vigilant and keep the formula safe, and Plankton needing Krabs to try and get a leg up on the competition and constantly improve the Chum Bucket. They really wouldn't be where they are today without each other.

Even though the voices are different, because both the models are working based on the exact same audio track, it creates a slight echo effect. Essentially, it collects the same nuance in voice tone because it is quite literally the same audio just modulated to fit the voice of the character. So, if you delay it slightly, each voice feels more distinct and you can hear them seperately rather than meshing them together and hence it feels more natural and like it would with two real life people singing.
Yeah I thought about that and even considered experimenting with changing the pitch of one of them for the harmonization, but ultimately I didn't think it mattered too much
