Some have problems with those menus if there's a warning on the dashboard (open door, low fuel level...). Check if it works when you don't have any messages.
mr.fix it how do I get my park brake light to go out on my dash I mistakenly press the parking brake forgetting it didn't work and now I'm stuck with this parking brake light on and I hate it how can I get it to go out without replacing the parking brake thing in the trunk

How do you press enter like I press the button to hit on the cluster but it just moves up and down

Most likely you need to reset error code (with diagnostic interface), fix the brake or just disassemble faulty part and release stuck mechanism.
