Watch Emma Watson's interview with Lin Manuel for HeForShe week; she murders the art of beatboxing near the end, but despite that the whole interview is a feel-good ride with two lovely cinnabuns fangirling over each other.
I got a special edition Hamilton book for Christmas that has notes from him about the play and interviews. I fan girled so hard I had the book in my lap all the time
The book is great, I fell in love with the play and Lin Manuel, but Chernow's book made me love Hamilton as a person; defending Loyalists after the revolution from mob justice, his efforts as an abolitionist, refusing to represent clients he knew were guilty (after making that mistake once), his diligence and honesty as a public servant and of course his many thousands pages of writing like he was running out of time. Sure he could be arrogant and abrasive at times, but damn could the world right now use some statesmen of his caliber.
Delta V wow that’s so awesome! I kinda had a hidden love for American history (The jungle by upton Sinclair is my favorite classic book) and his play for me interested. Thanks for the book recommendation I am going to check out his book also
I grew up with Lin's appearances on Electric Company - didn't know who he was at the time, I just knew him as the guy who did the cool raps on the show. I loved that character and the other raps he did!
I loved the books when I was teenager. It was the first series I read in English language. I remember having to use a dictionary like 20 times for every page when I started. Mid way first book I decided that I got this and if I don’t understand a word it’s not that important really 😂
Two of my absolute favourite people in the same goddamn room laughing together and making the same jokes and talking about all the things I love and oh my god somebody hold my soul while I faint real quick
@@benzaiten933 the show actually works really well on its own ! I've read the series a few times, and I love the angle the show is going. They've adjusted the books for a TV show, so there are some differences. But the creators have done an amazing job!! I highly recommend it
Skunks are also part black and part white. ( usually) I think Pepe Le Pew would look cute sitting at that Daily Show desk. He’s funny, and speaks with an accent too. He’d fit right in.
Becky Boncheveaux Hamilton’s America is actually a great documentary about the play and the person Hamilton. I have it saved on my DVR. It was aired on PBS.
@@pritamdebnath5656 He's a lot of things, actor, writer, producer, singer but he's most known for creating the broadway musical Hamilton that tells the story of Alexader Hamilton, one of the founding fathers of the United States, using mostly hip-hop and rap songs. It's really good, you should check it out.
Trevor, Lin- Manuel Miranda is superb in 'Hamilton' amongst other materials. Another great thespian though is Lea Salonga, the original, Miss Saigon. She has indeed a great narrative to tell about her Broadway Ecperience at NYC!
awesome he does "his dark materials" as a new project! its about time we see more stuff from that great "golden compass" universe!, shame we never saw another movie in all these years!
Lin just kind of spinning around in his chair the whole time makes me happy
That big adhd mood
SAME
Trevor Noah: Don't you ever get tired?
Aaron Burr: Why do you write like you're running out of time?
His chair doesn't stop, at any moment. He is so hyperactive :D
He’s NON STOP
“It’s half black half white and doesn’t like to have sex when people are watching.” I’m crying laughing, Trevor is adorable
A panda?
I didn't pay so much attention to the video this time :P
He even beatboxes like a panda!
I read your comment right before he said this! dead! i am dead!
A cute panda is perfect for Trevor, especially if it has dimples!
I can watch Lin be hyperactive the whole day. This man is a treasure. Protect him and his family.
Lin-Manuel Miranda seems like such a nice genuine guy. Wish more entertainers were this humble
Me too 😃
From rapping as a mental patient in house M.D to a certified genius making the best shows in a century
Wait, which episode, damn
He was also a pharmacist in do no harm.
Jemma god I wish I could see that show 😫
“And that’s... live theater baby”
- every improv kid who does a funny thing once
Ok, we need that Little White Lady Beatbox Supercut. NOW.
Rarazal Productions how do I set a notification alarm just for that 😂
Yes please

aka three minutes of Emma Watson adorably failing at beatboxing
I made one! Here it is: ruclips.net/video/uovb7hG0THY/видео.html
A goatie can look great if you're humble and talented.
Or Robert Downey Jr.
Sorry, I love him too, but whenever anyone says goatie all I think is RDJ.
You damn right!!!
OMG yes Ma'AM
my two favorite people together, yes I have watched this multiple times. I need more of you two together!
He will forever be the guy who sang "Silent E Is A Ninja" on Electric Company to me.
Right?! "Where'd he go? Where'd he go? Wh-where'd he go? He's a ninjaaaaaa"
OMGGGGGG hamilton was good i guess but silent e is a ninja was work of a pure genius
I had no idea he did that is that why it’s always stuck in my head even though I haven’t heard it in years

What’s the book called?
Trevor is one hundred percent a panda. Too perfect.
I still remember the time Lin portrayed a rapping cowboy apple.
Yes, that was a thing.

Those rolled up sleeves ... he's even sexier than usual.
He’s always sexy 🤤
I mean he looks hot in everything 😍😍😍😍
Did anybody else flinch at "you're branching into acting"? ... As if Lin-Manuel hasn't been acting in theater his entire adult life? Lol
Actors from the theatre world are stronger typically than film actors.
Plus his occasional TV appearances that he's had since well before Hamilton...
I love Lin-Manuel! He is a genius in everything he does! And panda Trevor lol panda panda panda 🐼
Trevor is so good at making jokes off the cuff
Two of my absolute favourite people in the same goddamn room laughing together and making the same jokes and talking about all the things I love and oh my god somebody hold my soul while I faint real quick
Loving “His Dark Materials”, was also a fan of the books.
do you need to be familiar with the books to be able to enjoy it?

Trevor you bring a lot of folks from different view, opinion and points. Thanks.
I adore both of these young men. They are so talented.
Oh my gosh, I am living for this!
I love the Daily Show, and I am a HUGE (and I mean HUGE) Hamilton fan! We need a part 2!

Where were you Lin? Good to see you!!!
"branching into acting"..? What did Trevor think he was doing on Broadway if not acting? Did he think Hamilton was a documentary?
Hamilton: An American Musical is the greatest documentary of our time
Becky Boncheveaux Hamilton’s America is actually a great documentary about the play and the person Hamilton. I have it saved on my DVR. It was aired on PBS.
He meant acting on screen vs live acting like on broadway.
pretty sure he meant FILM .
My two crushes together??? LOVE THIS!!

Two of my favorite persons OMG

I would very much like that supercut, please. Thank you, and I hope something good happens for you today.
Now that was quick

Is Lin Manuel playing the Texan balloon man (played by Sam Elliott in the movie)?
And he is so good at playing that role 😄😄😄👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I'm South African and a theater kid soo EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Omg I want to go see freestyle love supreme so bad 😍😍
Their personalities are so different, I feel like I'm being hit with two different types of charisma and I just don't know how to feel about that.
No between the scenes? No? That's it? 😂
Today I looked up Hamilton tickets and they are $200! Anyway I’ll be saving up my Christmas money
It may be expensive but it’s definitely worth it. The singing is great, the choreography is amazing and you’re almost guaranteed to cry
