Fun fact: One of the musicals my school had put on was canceled due to a blackout. SOMEBODY said the name of the scottish play that morning. Skip a year later, about a week before our opening show that certain somebody said it again, we had a brief blackout the day before the show.

When screlting came up I imagined Eliza in “stay alive” when she sings “alexAnder did YoU KNOWW?!!!” The “know” part is what u would consider a good dramatic screlt , you can tell she’s sort of screaming it.
For some reason I thought of the end of the title song of "Phantom of the Opera," where the Phantom keeps trying to get Christine to sing for him, and she sings higher and higher till finally hitting this crazy high note (an E6 I think). But that's just vocalizing really.
Not a musical theater example, but my mind goes immediately to what Paul McCartney does in late period Beatles songs such as Helter Skellter, Oh Darling and I've Got a Feeling
