In my opinion, if you’re fluent in both, it’s easier to freestyle in Spanish than English. So many of the words end with the same combination of syllables. Still impressive nonetheless.
As someone who has rapped bilingual, i can tell you it's easier to rhyme stuff if you have twice as many words at your disposal. It's one of these techniques that looks impressive but is actually a way to decrease difficulty.
