I was just a kid watching when the nightly news with Tom Brokaw showed a clip of him at some modest rally enthusiastically naming off all the states he was going to visit on his way to the White House. I think he ended his campaign like the next day. Now look at the level of crazy with Trump, Roy Moore, Joe Arpaio, etc, etc, etc. Even after they're publicly disgraced and charged with crimes, they come back and run for office.. wow.
