Why on Earth did you spend your money on a low surge, short lived high frequency, transformerless inverter? They not only offer poorer surge capacities and shorter life expectancies, but because there is no output transformer to provide galvanic isolation, thay can also damage you appliances during a failure of their H-Bridge circuit where MOSFETs have shorted to ground. No reputable American made inverter manufacturer uses high frequency, transformerless inverter manufacturer uses this inferior design. They all use low frequency, transformer based inverter tech instead.
what was the issue?
AC side is shutting off when max charge voltage is reached. EG4 says it a firmware issue and working on a upgrade.
New firmware updates fixed issue. Working great now!

Dang it!
