It's the best explanation! Complete package I was looking for! No one ever explained this details in one video. Thank you for putting all these together in one video!
Thank you! At 64 I have been diagnosed with a Morgagni hernia on my left side pushing up my diaphragm and left lung. I have been told it is very rare. The only remedy is surgery as it will get worse. I have had extensive conversations with specialists nonetheless appreciate any info about Morgagni hernia is welcomed.
Thank you for sharing your experience! A Morgagni hernia, although rare, can indeed cause significant discomfort and complications. *Surgery* is often recommended to prevent worsening symptoms and potential complications. It's essential to discuss treatment options thoroughly with specialists to ensure the best course of action for your specific case. If you have any further questions or need more information, feel free to ask!
Thank you so much.. Different non-absorbable prosthetic, absorbable biosynthetic and composite mesh types are available & used.. it actually depends on which one the surgeon suggests according his understanding of the patient, cost, quality & availability..
I mean I just can't express in words... How properly you explained ❤ luv your way of explaining luv your videos❤❤❤❤ thankyou so much... We want more vids please continue doing❤
if someone with this has Atelectasis and is c/o of intermittent/ in frequent purulent bloodstained sputum. The person is on Aspirin 75 daily. CT thorax shows Bochdalek diaphragmatic hernia related to the atelectasis. Also when tested the sputum it had pseudomas aer , but patient is clinically feeling well. treated with course of Cipro. Still has the phlegm .Would you think it could be related to the hernia ? what would be the next step? please and thanks
Hello, it's understandable to feel scared about surgery. For a 6cm hiatal hernia and acid reflux, it is a must to consult a gastroenterologist or a surgeon specializing in reflux and hernia cases. They can assess your condition thoroughly and discuss treatment options ranging from medication management to surgical intervention. Don't hesitate to seek professional medical advice for personalized recommendations. Best of luck !
Assalamu Alaikum Mam, I got your channel at a very crucial time, just before my exam. And your explanation was really sufficient to remove my doubts. Thanks a billion for that. Could YOU please tell me which app You've used for the videos and what is the procedure of buying subscription for a Bangladeshi student?
I was using 'complete anatomy' at that time. You can buy a subscription easily with a credit card which works internationally.. if you are a student then having an EBL prepaid card will help you a lot.. you have to pay only 500 BDT for that card I assume.
Hey hello, I hope your child is doing okay... It definitely has the best treatments.. and these are curable.. I have very less idea about hospitals residing in India.. but I myself will look one for you.. I'll update here in this text.. All the very best for your child.. hope she will be alright soon.. ❤️
Yes, I don't think that's an issue. But of course you need continuous supervision and monitoring throughout the pregnancy journey and too you need to discuss this with your obstetrician and with the specialist from whom you have done your surgery.
I'm sorry to hear about your daughter's condition. আপনার মেয়ের জন্য একজন pediatric surgeon বা একজন specialist in pediatric pulmonology সাথে পরামর্শ করা জরুরি। ইন্ডিয়ার কিছু মেজর হাসপাতাল, যেমন AIIMS in New Delhi, CMC Vellore, or Apollo Hospitals, এসব হাসপাতালে অভিজ্ঞ ডাক্তার আছেন যারা প্রয়োজনীয় চিকিৎসা ও যত্ন প্রদান করতে পারবেন। Please seek medical attention as soon as possible for a thorough evaluation and appropriate treatment plan. Wishing you all the best for your daughter. Hope she recovers soon.
