Another beer drinking memory from in the day they had this king of generic Canadian Style Beer call Black Label Canadian we called it Canadian beer bear which was what we would call generic store brand beer of course none of us had Canadian beer which apparently is a lot stronger they had a radio station locally here in Portland kgon they got together a kind of generic beer it was called brew 92
Rainier ale not the newfangled one this was an experimentation with malt liquor sold from 82 83 to I'm not entirely sure I kind of quit drinking it after buying some from possibly a famous Portland filmmaker who shot his very first independent movie in that very store on 3rd and Burnside anyway let's not speculate about whether or not we got this beer from this person or not anyway the interesting thing about Rainier ale which had sort of a apple taste it tastes exactly the same way going down as it does coming back up so did not drink too much more Rainier ale but it made a really interesting story that store is not a vaping store it no longer has a pornstar next door it's now a performance place the Paris Theater and of course everyone knows world famous Voodoo Donuts on that same block
Lowenbrau , still drinking in Serbia:)
Rolling Rock is still available.
He said forgotten not gone. I would say rr is forgotten😂.
I am actually drinking a Lucky lager and watching this. And the beer store puts Old Milwaukee right beside Lucky. Rolling Rock is beside the Heineken.
Blitz-Weinhard in the snub nosed bottles was the best beer in Portland Oregon
