I never really noticed the smog but i do still wish i had a stingray with the suicide nut buster. One thing not shown is a stereo film camera and how almost everyone with a truck in high school had a gun in a rear window gunrack and nobody feared it as kids didnt commit school shootings as you could punish the school bully bothering you, with a knuckle sandwich and not get expelled.

Fax machines are still in use in Japan. Most people do not own printers. US malls need to look at how other countries keep these indoor areas alive and vital. Creating unique options such as community centers and welcoming seasonal food trucks to "Winter" inside the mall.

80's were great, people were less self absorbed and easier to relate...people were natural, not obese and full of tattoos....sure, people didn't "hook up" easily but relationships were more real.....

In Australia the Stingray bikes were called Dragstars. They were huge in the early 1970s at about the same time that I was learning to ride a bicycle, but I never had one. I preferred the standard road bikes. The name "Dragstar" was originally the model name of the Stingray-type bikes made by the Malvern Star company, which was Australia's leading bicycle manufacturer at the time, and it was generalised to all bikes of that type.
