What if all the heirs except for one agree to sell the property? Can the property still be sold?

what happens when a house is involved. A deed that needs to get switched into a different name BUT one of the siblings just doesn't want to even talk about either signing the house over or going through probate... If the court and lawyers reach out and get no response does that just automatically NOT add his name on the deed?

my sister died a year ago...when 1 of the sibling heirs refused to accept his estate share, the public admin attorney guardian just told me that he wont be able to sell the house as a result & therefore the 2 remaining sibling heirs only option is to move into the house in & be 1/3 owners responsible for maintaining etc. neither of us can move 1000 miles out of state so that probably wont happen.
First question: Is this true ?? frankly i dont believe this.
Second Q: WHY doesnt an heir have a RIGHT to refuse ?? doesnt make sense to me. What is the legal justification for such a law???
Third Q: Will the rest of the estate be affected as well?

Or if you don't give the money to the Bond amount given. I have been heir to an amount of money my brother has been given authority to the Bond and he said he tried to give me the money and I refuse it!? I'm sorry I didn't know he had any money

What if my brother-in-law challenged my husband’s will, then won’t provide his financial records, offer me a reasonable buy out and refuses to pay me? This has gone on for 6 years and I have spent $100,000. Can I sue my brother-in-law for at least some of my legal expenses?

I refused my inheritance. I don't have that millennial loser mentality feeling that I deserved any of it. It shaped me into being someone 100x more independent than any millennial wimp out there. The money, property and everything else was asked to be put under my bother's name. I am glad for what I did as it made me way more successful than I ever would have been :)

I’ll probably do the same for my sister. It’s not fair to everyone who has to put in their blood sweat and tears while I’m comfortable. But then again I don’t love myself so I don’t want good things coming my way anyways

I understand that you're feeling conflicted about accepting your inheritance, and it's clear that you're thinking about others and their hard work. It's commendable that you want to be fair and considerate, but I also want you to remember the importance of self-care and self-worth.
You are deserving of good things, just like anyone else. It's essential to love and take care of yourself, both emotionally and financially. You don't have to shoulder all the responsibility, and it's okay to accept some help or good fortune when it comes your way.
I did what I did because I had a goal and I knew I would achieve the great success that I have today and even if I did fail, I was already prepared on how to handle it all. I'm not saying everyone should do the same though. I hope everything works well for you 🙂

MarguithaLocks (my exact self) accept my multi million $dollar (USD)$ inheritance, graciously.. I wouldn't ever refuse what is mine, including real estate commercial and residential, business income & revenue & monetizations, interest income, property, etc.. Oh yeah, I Accept, MarguithaLocks accepts. Just in case someone is aware of what I'm supposed to be receiving I'm speaking now I wouldn't ever refuse it.. as for investment property there supposed to be providing me with the paperwork that has the owner name showing my name MarguithaLocks so that I may put those properties do with them what I pleased to do, collecting also all the landlord income, rental payments.. given me the choice to decide if I want to sell rent remodel if I want property management or if I want to manage it myself and how I want to remodel it and manage it myself now, Self managed & owned. 🙏🏾 And I pray that there is do justice for all of those in the comments. thanks for the video.

Suppose they would like to keep stocks since they did all without you ? And would not id you facially ? I have zillions of laws i am looking at. I went for a part. Was told other was held for taxes. Yet all got theirs. I was not included at all. Went to get id. Then figured the bank can hold on for accrual...it should be plenty more when i get there. I went with id and not one sibling did one thing with me. My daughter ran me to one of the banks doing a "part" of it and no one told me squat when called. I do not have a way around due to recinding fictions along the way. Went back to re do it to collect my fed dollars that i apparently have been loaned from a few guys who privatized all of these notes with their private bank. I really have an inheritance from God as a birth right and am a bit biblically needing answers no chuch will explain. I do not want any hell entrapments out here. I take the idol situation rather seriously. And all are pretty upset, and bankers have zero idea of what i discuss about any laws. How were indemnity bonds probated with an executor both ? Is there supposed to be 2powers in the pool at the same time ? Federal rule 17 on full disclosure to has not been brought forth yet. ???? My visit was a gimme thing of do this give this and it Haaaaaaas to be done, kind of thing with a family telling me i have to show a ss#. Why ? I have laws stating differently. And pretty serious fines about it. What's really going on? I need to know what i am signing to completely ! My aim is to help my family and get an ABA private bank # or something for my family for this eternal situation called grace and creditor or Christ white stone which i have no read computer knowledge coming at my sisters begging 3 months to teach me here in florida. To date i have destroyed and done fix it shops since these computers changed while i was at home raising my sweetie child. Lot going on that was pretty underhanded but i went another direction since the put downs occurred instead, when i came by requested begging then just left. A long story..as always ! But i am still trying to comprehend negotiable instruments closed accounts these cfr minor custodial and primary after age 25 per Jesus's way. That is a really difficult thing as no one has ever come to help after i dropped all i had for a begging sister who neeeeeeeded me. Lol...ohhh boy. And it cost me all friends and daughter and home.

You are disrespecting the deceased and your family for not accepting your $100k inheritance gracefully. Further, there’s still significant amount leftover for you after taxes are taken away.

That's a good one! Tell me you're one of those control freak tyrants without telling me exactly that. 😂
