Flying to see Nanny | Enterprise car rental sucks

We found out some information back in October and decided to take a last second trip back home to see Kyle's grandmother. She practically raised him. We needed to fly from Spokane, WA to Columbus, OH last second to make sure we got time with Nanny before she started her treatment. When we told Kelly she was so excited! She was asking everyday for a week of we were going to Nannies today. Kelly loves her Nanny so much! We had a good trip until we got our rental car from Enterprise. There is a rant about our experiences at 4200 East Broad St Whitehall, OH.
