Own both and agree with on the Marolex. What would use to lube the pump shaft on the IK foamier? The upside sprayer and using at any angle and clearing more product from the container is another plus. Nice detailed review.
Thanks for the comparison vid. Marolex is the CLEAR winner in terms of build quality and performance! Now I just need to find out where I can buy one in the US 😑
You can label any bottle with a piece of tape and a marker, so I don't see the IK's colored cap as a big deal. IP only gives you 2 colors, so if you had 3 or more sprayers, you're on your own anyway. I have an IK foam pro 2. It works pretty well, but after 10 seconds you see a noticeable decrease in flow and there is only about 20 seconds of working time before it needs pumping. The Marolex wins this comparison for me based on the longer amount of spray time and ability to spray while upside down. If DPC charges too exorbitantly, he won't sell many Marolex sprayers. Rather than use the price I could get a Marolex for in Poland, I choose to compare the Marolex price in the USA to what I would pay for a similar IP sprayer in the USA, and they are not very far apart. I am OK with paying a little more for the 2L Marolex vs. a 2L IP, because the Marolex looks like the better product for me. But the 3L Marolex sprayer is a size IP does not offer, and I'll spring for the extra 5 bucks beyond the cost of a 2L Marolex to get the increased capacity and working time of the 3L sprayer.
The marolex does have outstanding performance overall compared to the Ik! BUT my one thing that I love about the ik is it's spray pattern, it's far superior over the marolex!
Thanks for the comparison video, appreciate your work! Please do a comparison video on the new IK foam Pro 2 vs. the Marolex foamer. I am in the market for a sprayer and foamer and these videos help alot! Keep it up!
Hey David really glad you enjoyed the video! I'll try to get to a comparison of both the pro 2 foamer and the marolex, I still have alot of other video requests I'm going through right now and also some product testing for some manufacturers so it's gonna take me some time
Great and thorough review, objective and practical. That is what users need to know and need to see. if your work is as good as your review. Hat’s off!
How come you don’t show the different foam tips for the iK? It comes with 3 different foam tips, so you can adjust the thickness and amount of liquid, of the foam…
I think I made that comment when I was first starting out, and researching the foamers. I think I had no idea there was a difference between the foamers and sprayers yet. Or I confused this for the foamers cause he only used water. Yeah you're right of course, these are the sprayers, not foamers, the tips I was referring to come with the foamers. I've since bought both, and love both the Marolex sprayers and foamers. I primarily use the foamer for wheel cleaners and sprayer for rinseless wash.
CarNewba Detailing I appreciate you asking , but I’d have to write a book. He and I just don’t see eye to eye. To put it simply , I think he’s disingenuous .
@@48Detailing For me, what has me quite disappointed on Scott is that action does not match message. He always talks about helping people out and how much he cares, but when you go to his website to buy stuff, he is ripping you off. Let me give 2 examples: - He just released the Marolex line in his website. He sells the Axel 3000 for $55. If I were to buy it in UK, it will cost ~$26. So $25 premium over EU prices is a lot. www.lunesdale-pumps.co.uk/forecourt-accessories/23076-marolex-axel-3000-pressure-foamer-3l-408-1051.html - He sells the AR613 for ~$600, and is his video he says he set the price to help people out. I just found it at MisterWorker.com for $100 less. If I were to buy it in EU it would be another $100 less (~$400). www.misterworker.com/en-us/annovi-reverberi/ar-613-ar-blue-clean-professional-electric-cold-water-high-pressure-washer-150-bar-500-l-h-2500w-13975/9491.html So very disappointed. He bashes Larry Kosilla for his high prices in AMMO line, but he is just as bad. Actually worse, because because he is taking advantage that you cannot import these products.
@@sandro2304 thank you for your response to the conversation brother. I'm sorry to see Scott movie away from helping the community to ripping it off like that 😞 ive actually messaged Marolex a few days ago regarding these issues because I have had countless of messages emails and comments regarding the exclusive distribution of Marolex sprayers through scott. My message was seen but no response sadly. I truly enjoy using the sprayers but I will not support a company who will not take customer issues seriously.
That's about it ,looks. Build quality is better on the marolex, storage is better, you can get more product in the axel line than the IK, and it lasts longer, also looks more professional than the ik.
camera man: you ready to shoot the video?
zaia: *rubbing grease on arms* yea, almost.

I find the Marolex build quality far superior to the IK great comparison video 😉👍🏻
When it comes to the top portion I totally agree my friend! Thanks for the comment!
I like the look of the marolex, but it takes 4 weeks to get off Amazon, where as the ik takes 2-4 days

Luxury microfiber, obsessed garage.

Going with the Marolex! Thanks. Great video and professional advice.
Do you think Marolex will upgrade to a foamer with a schrader valve?

I'm pretty sure Matt from OG now has these for sale. Two years on from this video, maybe loads of US vendors have them....

Thanks I appreciate it!
Just got the marolex and I already have the IK. Personally I prefer the Maro more cause I just need to pump it once and that’s all
I feel you 100% but I prefer the spray pattern on the IK sprayer more!
Your correct the spray pattern of the IK is flawless.
Marolex all day, every day! And you can adjust the nozzle for more solution spraying out, perfect tool.
its on Amazon now 12:18

That isn't even the same product.. 🤦

If had to choose 1. Which would you choose ?
Overall I personally would go with the Marolex!
Great review. I was just wondering the difference. Well now I know😀
I really appreciate the support make sure to leave a like & subscribe for more!
In USA now!!
I’d buy the IK, just to avoid doing business with the Dallas phony.
I haven't paid to much attention to other youtubers over the past few months, was there something that Scott did to have so many negative thoughts?

His customer service is horrid
