hii and i get a shotout
As a personal trainer the only thing that concerns me is not being able to check my clients form while they’re working out as to avoid injuries & such, but other than that I think it’s a fabulous way to get one on one training!
They’re able to check form via the sports watch.
Good definition there 💪
I briefly had a PT (when I used to have free time to go to the gym) and she was absolutely fantastic.
I always like it when content creators get sponsorships for products that they're more than happy to use, and having a transparent and honest review of it definitely helps.
ahhhh love that for u !!
honestly I only accept brand deals from brands I use myself or would purchase unsponsored - it's only worth sharing brands that are worth ur time + money !!!! hope you're well
@@Ellbat
That is because you're a person of integrity, EB ❤️
Thank you for working out so we don't have to Ellbat!! 🙆♀️
That’s exactly what I was just thinking 😂👍
Hahahahaha ❤
😂 she took this for title for a different video 🎉🎉
This seems like a great product -- I would have loved for you to have mentioned the cost in the video, more specifically than "quite expensive." You're right that it's cheaper than an in-personal trainer, but still was shocked to see the $149/month price tag. I think a fully honest review always includes the finances. Thanks for the video, will consider if I ever have the money in my budget.
Yeah I definitely think you're right about it being a great bridge for newbies! I've always loved the idea of a personal trainer to keep me accountable and push me but have always been too anxious of the gym so the option for at home workouts sounds great :)
I am HERE for the workout videos, I have LOVED watching your videos that have to do with fitness!
"However she did swapped my unit of measurement to kilograms after realizing I am, in fact, stupid" lmao
You inspired me to sign up! Since I'm working fulltime and studying for my bachelor's degree on the side, I get too busy to work out and my body hates me for it. I just had my onboarding call with my coach Celina who seems like an awesome match and an awesome person. My first workout is scheduled for friday, can't wait to see what she has in store for me!
‘Someone call kylie Jenner cause I am just realising things right now’ had me let out a snort. A SNORT ELLBAT
This is awesome, I've been looking forward to the new video -- I love the exercise ones, they motivate me a lot !!
thank u 🥺💓
Love your content, especially when it's about working out. I do struggle to work out because I don't like it and I feel really insecure about going to a gym because I don't have the slightest idea about what I'm doing. I want to work out more thou and videos like this always make me motivated. Keep up the work, love what you're doing ❤
7:36 best “Why tf am I doing this” face ever
My problem with working out has always been that I just find it boring. Running on a treadmill, doing squats, repetitively lifting a weight ... the whole time, my brain is bored. Podcasts and music help a little, but I tend to lose count of my reps if I'm listening to something else. I've never yet met a trainer or an app with a cure for this. xD
I used to feel the same way, and this is from my personal experience so it might not help. Of course, if it does, that would be great!
Could be the work-out is too easy? I find that working out or any activity where I don't have to think about what I'm doing or have no sense of struggle/accomplishment that it drags out and feels boring. Doing shorter timespans of higher intensity work-outs is much less of a drag. 10 min of interval jump-rope versus 40 min of treadmill kinda vibe (I also have a hate of running stemming from shin splints when I was a teenager). For weights, alternating types of lift instead of repeating the same one - alternating 10 bicep curls / 15 sec rest / 10 deltoid raises / 15 sec rest / switch arms is much less mind numbing than just doing one style of exercise. I also found it helpful to record what I did as I completed it in a small exercise journal - did I complete my goal, was I feeling good/tired/sore after - as it gave something for my brain to think about in regards to the exercise so I would have my response ready by the time it was recording time.
How about Fitnessblender? They have workout videos labeled "bored easy" that don't repeat exercises so you're less likely to get bored
I'm so early!!! Feel so proud of myself. I was waiting for your video for a while now, great to see you again.
thank u for being here !!!
I had no idea this app was a thing! Such a great video. I work from home and could definitely use something like this to get me motivated again 😅
I always like to ask which muscle is the exercise focusing on, because if I'm feeling the stretch somewhere else there's a chance the exercise is been done wrong. Whether at home, gym, online, stay safe guys and don't hurt yourself!
Being RUclips based in my workouts, I like 45 seconds action + 15 seconds rest. That is a good minute and then I just have to do this 30-60 times
im the exact same
Seems like a good service! I might have to look into it. Thank you for your review.
Yay new video! Fun and fruity fresh, as always ❤️
adore u
I wish the monthly subscription cost was specifically stated in this video.
THEY GAVE ME BROOKE :O
Gonna set up the dark mirror universe version of this app, where you create the workouts and set your goals and then another mush does the workouts and achieves ur goals
iconic tbf
It’s great that you have such a wide range of options in PTs, since it’s online - that’s the worst part about in person trainers, you may not be able to find a good fit in your area.
omg this is so true. like im sure Steve from down the road is lovely, but a big part of being comfortable with someone is knowing that they “get” you and help in a way that works for u 🥺
Gotta watch'em all 🏋️♀️
Oo! Wonder if they can develop a training routine for me to be able to participate in the highland games this autumn.
Don’t mind me! I’m just commenting to boost the video!
Can you give an update on your trainwell (co-pilot) journey? Thank you 😊
I wonder if your phone was shutting off the Co-Pilot app if it was running in the background? I have changed the settings on my phone to prevent my phone from shutting down apps I wanted to use or allowing them to stay running. Just a thought 🤔
Oooh maybe !! I didn’t even think of that, thank u !!
Maybe you put your Apple Watch in the same safe place in the wardrobe you hid that money in your other video 😅
LMAO
id love to get this tbh it seems more flexible and comfortable for me!
I would love a "i hired a professional color analysis" video ❤😂
this may or may not be coming 👀
Ive only just started but this seems adhd friendly
Rip your apple watch
honestly it really is
That app sounds like an interesting concept for people who do need regular reminders to actually do something regularly. Does this service exist in other languages as well?
I would rather use a thicker type of mat to do my exercises on. Can you recommend one as well, maybe?
Also, how do they get their trainers? I have a neighbour who studied sports at uni and now works in an entirely different field as a freelancer who might be interested.
Thank you for choosing a really interesting product. No more excuses to be the proverbial couch potato. I guess there is a reason after all why this is everybody's favourite corner ;-)
Can you change the trainer during the month if you don't gel well with the trainer?
Oh, and if I tell my mother about this, she will love it, too!
I think they only do it in English rn, but you can get trainers who speak other languages I believe !
I use a mat from Amazon, it’s not super thick but it’s cheap! I know you can find ones specifically for people with bony spines lol.
I’m not 100% sure, but I’m sure you could find out about how they hire! Also, you can change your trainer at any time if you don’t quite feel they are the best fit 💓
@@Ellbat Thanks for the extensive reply. Or should I rather call it customer service because it's the favourite corner? ;-) Either way, it's great.
💜✌🏿💯Keep up the good work.
The gym is a place where a human reflects on their soul.
Let your soul guides you to the progress an dream you all want in heart, soul an mind💜💯✌🏿.
Let your heart be tranquil in your strength.
Does it work world wide? Like time zone wise, how does it work?
yep! Brooke is based in the USA whilst im in the UK, there's a good few hours of overlap for all timezones where you can have a call or get a quick response. But, for the most part you dont need an immediate response so the timezone isnt an issue, Brooke just replies to me anytime mon-sat when she can :D
Nothing better than an El video!
Ellbat. You don't need to get fit, you're already fit!! 😜 xx
Amazing video as always ❤
love u
@@Ellbat parasocially love you
I logged into the app and Brooke has come up as my coach 🤣 sharesies?
how dare u
I'm keen but I had to check the price... can't afford it 😢
samesies, the gym membership seems to cost less and has trainers so maybe i'll consider that instead :')
After watching this, I don’t think I need to work out for the rest of the month 😅
WHAT A COOL VIDEO
appreciate u bestie
10:01 is that an alocasia on the floor? if so, i'd be cautious bc alos can be toxic to small animals like cats
im not 100% sure but all the plants i got i double checked werent toxic to my little ones !! so hopefully it just looks similar ??
what do you think about rice water?
IDK if $99 per month is considered reasonable for most people but it definitely is not for me and I would have appreciated more mention of this cost in the review

a house ... on fire? haha that's a new one for me
It's fun because depending on the tone of voice you say it in it can mean "wonderfully" or "absolutely dreadfully!"
Oh well now I feel lazy.
Are you still making money off your feet or did you stop a long time ago?😊
Love me a good quizz. Please sign me up!
❤❤❤❤❤
How quick were the replies with your person trainer on the app? I know they maybe a personal trainer to multiple people at the same time but did you always feel like a VIP?
Honestly Brooke replies super fast unless she’s asleep. She even messages me first to see how I’m feeling etc which is nice !
i cant be the only one that thinks she looks like Brit from Viva La Dirt League
150 a month?? 😢
Compared to gym membership with a personal trainer it’s a steal. But I can’t afford either! Shame, because I think this would suit me.
I hath arrived
Finally
👏👏👏
Mate you gotta create a discord server
I have one ! discord.gg/GB3hzHjy 💓
@@Ellbat nooo waaay you just replied,
My favorite RUclipsr replied to my comment
"give my kisses to your mother"
No girl not for that price!
Hmmmmmmm I do could use a Personal Trainer
Hey king, how's it going? X

@@Ellbat honestly same, I've had a cfs flare up so I'm knackered 🥲
literally just canceled my gym membership
it was a shitty gym tho
ah see well I got u covered now with a JUICY free trail bestie, at home workouts all the way
it's $150 a month after the free trial i'm crying
Plz be careful or this will be all over wikifeet soon x0
rip
dont make fun of brooke thats mean
where on earth did I make fun of Brooke ??? 😭
@@Ellbat her accent in the beginning
Copilot is shady af. It just forces u to fill out the form, give away ur name, email, and phone number, AND ONLY THEN do you get the price. It's 99 per month, btw. I'm sure it's helpful and affordable for some people out there, just not me!
This video was great, btw. Otherwise i wouldnt have clicked the link lol
look at you go!! 🥹❤️
