  • @AlexMorganGuitarMan

You have just blown my mind and taught me something I've went a life time without knowing. Looking at them as backwards power chords, or major chord inversions as you referred to them. When you play those little pentatonic hammer on and pull off licks, you always think of power chords. But moving up and down, and still never provokes you to look at them as backward power chords. Giving everyone a new prospective of looking at their playing and lick fills. This is the greatest lesson you ever did Marty. Please, feel free to keep blowing my mind. Doesn't happen often, but when it does. It feels too good. 🤣 🤣 🎸😎

Your name comes up alot, as one of the best teachers if not the best teacher on YT. THANK YOU for helping a bunch of old Veterans. We grew up with a lot of the music you teach. Marty thank you man from the bottom of an old totally blind musicians heart.
I have always wanted to learn the circle of fifths I knew there was an easy way but I just never could figure it out.
At the age of 33 I decided I would become a Guitar Player so I could accompany myself I was a singer and drummer.
Well the age of 57 I was in a enjoyable rabbit hole on RUclips and you said something that took me to this video and within five minutes I have something to practice for the rest of my life.
That might not mean much to you let me tell you you help me peek over it Guitar Player.
Man what I mean is I’m playing drums and bands guitar players do this all the time I go to jam sessions they do it all the time.
But I couldn’t just see them and how the fingers move up the neck respectively. So you have opened the eyes of the blind and I thank you have a great rest of your life.
You have truly created a wonderful RUclips experience also enjoyed your Ed King interview.
