You did an amazing job on this video bro super professional got me excited to try one of these new printers the fight involved with getting my helmets to print was ridiculous a year ago
I've been printing for several years and have a mix of printers. A few with leveling knobs. Picked up an A1 Mini with the AMS Lite about 6 months ago. It has become my go to printer for pretty much everything because its so freakin fast and the print quality is SO MUCH better than anything I've used. I've been using it more and more because its so easy to use, faster, quieter and I don't have to worry about the dumb little quirks I would get with my other printers
I ordered an A1 with AMS Lite yesterday! It will be here in a few days and I cant wait! I had a couple creality printers years ago but didn't have any luck with them. This will be my return to 3d Printing and I'm hoping for the best! From everything I've seen with this printer I think I'm going to love it.
@@sixstringslayaguitarman419 I seriously think you are going to be blown away, let me know if you need help, I have a 3d printing advice section in my discord
@@SaturdayMorningProps Awesome thanks and will do! I cant wait to get it all set up and start printing. I hope to achieve those flawless smooth prints like you did in your video.
Heck yeah, Bambu Lab A1 mini was my way into 3D printing(A1 was not available due to recall) and then I snagged A1 as soon as it was available because the quality is sooo good from bambu lab.
@@leeedsonetwo that's one thing and two 98% of the printers on the market are uncovered, and have been up until this point, not a problem. If you're looking to print industrial materials clearly you aren't looking for a beginner 340 dollar printer
I’m interested in getting a 3D printer for the sole purpose of saving cash on a flight simulator build. Buying all the pre-printed parts for an FA/18A cockpit panel with shipping to Australia will be $1240AUD whereas I can buy the .stl files and filament for $450AUD. I was recommended the P1S on sale for $900AUD but the A1 at $400AUD cheaper would be a fabulous saving. Might have to get one after seeing your video.
@@SaturdayMorningProps Thanks for the advice … I wouldn’t bother getting a printer apart from this single use so if it can do the job and it works out cheaper than having the stuff shipped I’m keen. I’m not into masks (as a general rule) but I’m sure I could find other stuff to make. Thanks!
@@SnaerfferI just got my A1 and ams lite about 2 weeks ago. Currently on a black myth wukong mask (32 hr print). You have to really make an effort to see the layers. I am a beginner to 3D printing, but this experience has been amazing. I’m going to have whatever mask I want for Halloween every year now. For you, check out Bambu’s specific filament (pla aero)for making planes and cars. It’s $40 a roll.
