- Today I’m whipping up a pair of @CrescentGarden containers that are the perfect addition to any space. From patio to porch, anyone has room for these edible/ornamental containers! These also make the perfect gift. 🌱

Oh Pat… I’m so happy you have your dahlia in the ground! My dahlias are all waking up and I’m so excited!!! If you look in the description of the video, I have put a link to the two containers I used. They have tons of sizes and shapes and they are so easy to fill. I’m actually thinking of doing some for my mom.

Awww… thank you! At the end of the day, it has to be both. When I design for clients, it’s the biggest compliment when they immediately start using their space and change their daily behavior to include it. That’s when I know I’ve done my job. 😊

Heck yes! Stay in that home and make it work for you! My mom is in her 70’s so we are always thinking of ways to make her home more functional. 💕

I have the 20x20x38” self-watering pot and was wondering if I can use pool noodles for a filler. Will the plant still get water ?

It’s so fun. I just love that someone could create a container like this and it’s like growing a signature summer dish! You could also easily do this as a baby tea garden or cocktail garden!

Perilla/shiso grows abundantly on the roadside in Arkansas and gets quite tall. There is a curlier variety and a less curly one. Some have more purple.
No way! It is so amazing what we have to baby here and pay top dollar for… and literally it’s a ditch plant elsewhere. 🤣
