There is an air conditioner right inside the hut. Goes against the claim that thatched roof helps avoid the need for air conditioning.

Hope things run on solar power or the electricity bill would be massive as there is virtually no natural light in those massive mud buildings. Maybe they stay cool but I thought they seemed rather claustrophobic. I prefer the small basic mud huts. Clever concept though which will probably appeal to some.
