can anyone advice me please, \i cannot get the inner arm up high enough to thread my machine, not the needle the upper arm

maybe you can try to reposition the needle? it should touch the highest point..
or turn the hand wheel towards you until the needle is in the highest position + the presser foot down for easier threading :)
