Although he is never given that title I feel it is owed to him. Considering his martial arts skills and what he teaches Ryo not only about fighting but also about life I feel he is just such a unique and tragic character.
Treated so poorly by all around him Ryo is the only one to show some kindness, not hesitating to do what is right 👍
Seeing him come back to his spot to try and stay warm throughout the night is so sad..I want to buy him a million cups of hot coffee ☕

This video is meant for enjoying the world that is Shenmue. More so an emersion into the world. Starting in the morning and ending at night in this episode.
Just a simple walk, no real interactions with people. Seeing the sights and sounds as the world passes by.
Why make videos like this? It's just something I've wanted to have to play in the background or just relax watching Ryo on a walk through one of my favorite video games.
No set agenda or challenge to worry about. I hope you enjoy. Glitches/Errors/Slowdowns all included.

I always really, really liked this character.
Learning the Shadow Step, Shadow Strike.. and Cross Charge is my favorite technique in the entire game.
I bet you he'd get along great with Zhaixian Li from the Free Stay Lodge.

This character just has so much... Well.... Character! Like you said, he's just such a fascinating element of the game and I totally agree he teaches some of my favorite moves to use in the series 👍

I love this dude but I can never remember his name. Bummer he disappears at the transition to night time.
In the game he technically doesn't have the title of "Master" but considering he teaches Ryo I didn't just want to call him Shozo Mizuki but Master Shozo Mizuki 😉
But yeah where the heck does the game put him when we transition tonight? I mean he's not there for a very good amount of time so I figure he has to be in some other location slowly making his way back to the spot where he was?
