  • when you cut the centrifugal spring it's like having heavier rollers installed depending on the scooter the springs are not all the same the start will be moderate the wear and tear will be minimal
    if you add a spacer, the stiffer spring is like having light balls installed, you have a better start, the only good thing is that there will be a lot of wear and tear.

    Cái lò xo trụ không nhửng nó có chức năng làm căng dây coro mà nó còn quyết định puly sau ra nhanh hay chậm,do vậy kĩ sư họ đả tes và tín toán trước mình để cho ra thông số lực nén phù hợp nhất cho xe đó trước khi cái xe chưa có mặt trên thị trường.
    Nếu thay đổi kích thước lò xo nghỉa là thay đổi lực nén củng là thay đổi mommen xoắn,lò xo càng dài đề ba càng mạnh,tải nặng, tăng tốc nhanh,gào máy hao xăng.
    Càng cắt ngắn thì đề ba càng yếu,tăng tốc chậm,nhưng máy sẻ đầm hơn ít hao xăng hơn.
    Nếu thường xuyên chở 2 đi đường dốc thì nên đi lò xo dài,nếu đi 1 mình thì nên đi lò xo ngắn để tiết kiệm xăng hơn

    When you do this, you will have belt slippage due to the weaker spring tension, that’s the reason for slower acceleration. The scooter will not reach the top speed and engine will cut out at slower speed.

    If you want to go fast ,shorten the variater bus for 3 to 5 mm , it will pull very fast and the topspeed is also higher. Try it and show the video. 👍 I did it always and it is very fast, alot off difference.

    lowering the tension/rpm of the spring gives you more acceleration but less on long strech. better to buy wider fan belt give more power from torchdrive to bell.

    Поставить жесткую пружину малосси и потом её отрезать). Гениально. Поставил бы ролики легче и резать пружину не нужно.

    You don't need to be a genius, just knowing the mechanics is enough.
    It is logical that when the spring weakens, the force on the belt will decrease. Engineers specifically calculate the spring stiffness so that the pressure of the cones on the belt is optimal. If this parameter is weakened, belt slippage and increased wear will occur.

      You are right, the mechanics know about the tight spring, but in , where do you ever see, the softer the spring, the more kilometers the belt or the engine belt wears out, did you know this and the harder it is, there is damage all over the machine you will have vibrations in the engine with more revolutions in the drum in many lights until the plastics creak

    What happen if you put stiff spring with heavier roller variator maybe 1 g or 2 gr heavier?

      if the balls are heavier the bike starts with hidifficulty the spring as soft as it is also starts with difficulty if the balls are light in the bike it starts very quickly if the balls are heavy it is difficult to start the bike so the other is the spring with the balls they make the difference you have to find the combination.

      Hi cransa to see a good difference in consumption more economically, I mean you have to remove the stops to increase the step of the centrifugal with the variator and the balls were 5 grams higher than the factory cylinder

      very good question, the hard spring makes a better start than the normal one, in the hard spring you have much more problems for example if you change the belt at 15000 km it should be changed at 9000 km if it hasn't also the engine has cut plastics and many other problems the only good which is off to a better start.

Based on my experience it looks like using a harder spring it feels like you use a lighter variator weights. I just don't know what is the difference between using a harder spring and using a lighter variator weights

      ​@@arvinjohnroallos4821câu hỏi rất hay,nhưng giửa thay đổi lực nén lò xo sẻ có kết quả khác biệt với thay đổi trọng lượng bi văng rất nhiều.
      Vì sao? Vì trọng lượng bi văng và lực lò xo phải cân bằng nhau để nó giử dây coro ở mức căng vừa đủ với tải trọng của xe,không quá dùng củng không quá căng.
      Nếu bạn giử nguyên lực nén lò xo mà tăng trọng lượng bi văng thì áp lực lên dây coro càng lớn ảnh hưởng độ bền của dây coro.
      Còn nếu bạn giử nguyên trọng lượng bi văng mà giảm lực ép lò xo thì áp lực lên dây coro không tăng mà nó chỉ giúp puly sau mở nhanh hơn mà thôi.
      Thay đổi mổi chi tiết trong đó đều có kết quả khác nhau chứ không hề giống nhau được

      is there a way to get another 10 km from the centrifugal well everything will work marginally it's nothing for sure then it's the way it is and I just did a test because I saw that many people do it and they see improvement nothing there is no improvement the improvement is a very distant stop and you put the variator's shim further in to go to 138km, an easy solution

    The more you Cut the Spring, the more you Kill the Acceleration. Too soft is bad for City scooter, Bad Agressitivity.

      the harder it is more dangerous for them, the belt slips more and the bike has more vibrations, the harder it is, the worse it is in my opinion
