- a problem we encounter with scooters is centrifugal starting
1.if the plate has a high temperature, the fermuit could not turn it with the same movement when it starts suddenly or when it vibrates a lot, it comes from the plate. if the fermuits are watered with grease, then the problem is much bigger, the same problem is here in the end, everything they worked perfectly. as for the springs, 3 small ones, reduce their power at idle, the wheel moves without pressing the gas, the 1 big spring, when it has its power from 16 g balls, it is as if
it has 18 g. It plays a big role that the screws are genuine, good quality, otherwise it won't start easily, you can't tell easily if it is strained, the plate, the screws don't work like the brakes, for example, on the brakes, if the screws are not good, you have to press them what brake levers 2 or 3 times stronger to stop is what you want if the screws are good with a little pressure the brakes will brake so well that you will think you have disc brakes for what transmission of the scooter is the opposite if the screws are not good for example it will rotate 2000 revolutions to make the start the originals can with 600 revolutions so with 2000 revolutions the fermuit you will rub with the iron 1400 above the temperature 2 times higher than the temperature from which the fermuit starts to make a black surface where it is considered a burnt fermuit the burnt fuse will make a start 3500-4000 revolutions imagine in the summer in high temperature you are with +1 passenger and on an uphill the temperature escapes as a result the flywheel plate loses its hardness and is useless for garbage but the tragic mistake what most of us do will only change the pads (fermuit) i mean the plate has changed hardness after 5-6000 km the scooter on the start will start to shake (vibrations) this comes from what plate is in this part there are 2 small bearings and further inside are transmission bearings, they don't break easily, other trains are forced... I work the fermuit with a plate, so when starting the scooter from 0 to 7 kilometers, you rub the fermuit with a plate to make a smooth start, then a fermuit with a plate is made.

You must Use high temp grease, 4 gram into pin lane, 6 gram inside center hole. Do not use more than 10 grams total.

That PCX has rear disc brake? Here in Portugal there is only availble with drum brake.

You need to change the belt. It's loosen.
that low RPM vibration was eliminated when I changed to a stiffer center clutch spring 1k rpm, I also replaced the factory clutch bell to an after market with grooves that bites into the clutch material easily. The only time the clutch burns is when I'm on at a full stop on an incline, then give gas to rapidly accelerate (with pillion and heavy top box luggage). I have this setup for almost 2 years now, I'm still using the factory clutch material. FYI use a high temp grease, I'm using top1 and this never melted, it just turns black but not runny like from your video.
btw, if you live in an up hill or mountain areas I suggest changing to lighter roller weights, I think the sweet spot is at 17grams roller weights for pcx 150, but you can experiment on it depending on your riding style and the fuel economy you are after.

Bruh, clean it properly. Disassemble all the parts in Pulley set and Torque Drive set. Use a CVT spray degreaser to easily remove the dirt. Use only high temp grease. Clean the CVT cover.
7:35, no wonder your clutch bell shows signs of overheating. Why not just replace all parts with new, especially since a wheel lock-up at 90kph when something fails can have dire consequences.?
because I changed 2 bells new genuine and every 20.000 km I was facing problems this was coming from somewhere else the problem just now I found the solution and I am very happy since he fixed it a year to date I have done around 60-70.000 km and it doesn't bother me in the least it doesn't shake or tremble you have the start i am very happy now this is your opinion with a replacement new I think I got you covered

good video... maybe look around for much better made clutch . this type of thing is where the makers cut costs on cheapo metal parts. where the springs go from new should maybe have asmall steel roller inside the hole then it would not wear out so fast.

It's okay if it moves at 4km/hr, specially if the Clutch Lining is new. If it moves at 8km/hr or more than that, then you should clean and check your Clutch Spring, Center Spring, and Rubber Damper.
Hi Audio Normally at idle it shouldn't move but all scooters do this logically and normally the jaws have opened a bit just enough to turn what wheel if it is stationary it is better at idle and so there is no problem.
My scooter has been vibrating alot in pick up slow moving, i have replaced all components like , Belt, variator roller, bushings, steel wheels, clutch shoe, but still vibrating what could be the reason? Thank you for you help.

I see, You have grease on your bell, And your CVT crank case isn't clean either. Always clean the whole cvt, use degreaser to easily remove dirt/oil/grease. Your torque drive oild seal seams damage causing the grease from your torque drive to get thrown anywhere.

I once have that problem too but with fuel injected scooter. In my case it's Throttle positioning sensor malfunction. Change TPS and some calibration and it's good to go
