My Hangzhou Stories：A brief history of Longjing Tea

Longjing Tea also, known as"Dragon Well tea", is a variety of pan-roasted green tea from the area of Longjing Village in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. It is produced mostly by hand and renowned for its high quality, earning it the Top Tea in China. Besides its elegant taste, the story of Longjing Tea is associated with two very famous people in Chinese history, Su Dongpo and Qianlong Emperor.
