    West Lake Longjing is picked from the end of March to the beginning of April every year. However, the most valuable Longjing picked before the Qingming Festival is called "Mingqian Longjing", which is the best of all Longjing teas.

    Great video ... just a quick question After the second stage is the tea ready to drink after it is cooled? or does it rest for like an hour or a day? Also do they only use the tea buds for longjing or is it the bud plus a leaf or two?
