  • In this 10-minute video, Natalie Bell, certified Center for Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, introduces the three components of self-compassion: mindfulness, common humanity, and self kindness. She then leads us in a practice that encapsulates all of these elements called the Self-Compassion Break - which you may find helpful in this moment, as well as throughout your days. Natalie says, “What’s beautiful about this practice is that it can be utilized at any time during the day, informally, on the spot; whenever you’re noticing struggle; whenever you’re not feeling good about yourself; whenever something happens that you don’t expect, and you’re noticing challenge.”
