basically very little of the original painting is left on the wall...what you are seeing is mainly an outcome of centuries of obsessives restorations to the point of recreation of the entire thing...but, one can argue, something is better than nothing.

Yes! You can take pictures and videos of the Last Supper, but you cannot do so with a flash or any additional lighting other than what is already in the room.
