It's so refreshing to have an artist talk about tourism of a site of artistic significance rather than people who are essentially RUclips tour guides, it's rare for someone to explore and express the emotional side of these iconic art works which is the core of what they're about. Thank you for making this video about your experience, it spoke to my soul.
@@FilipaValentim did you know that leonardo da vinci painted a second last supper in oil on canvas. It hangs in Belgium in an old abbey called Tongerloo. Check it out.
It is one of the most BREATHTAKING moments you'll have in Italy. Milan is often overlooked. So much to see and do...and seeing The Last Supper with your own eyes is a blessing.
Emocionou-me.
Obrigada!!
hi, thanks for your informative video. Just to clarify, you purchased the CENACOLO ADMISSION TICKETS for 15 euros to gain access to the last supper? Prior to seeing your video, I read somewhere that you had to book a guided tour in order to gain entry to the room with the last supper in it.
Adorei! Informativo e cativante. (By the way... a anfitriã do vídeo é lindérrima!)
lol ok its not a great painting, lacking in a lot of the techniques used at the time and a tad crowded 😛 but for some reason i prefer it. maybe because the way its laid out, the crosses placed in the arches, it does give some depth to the painting, the crosses do look imposing but also important due to their size. Sometimes you just like what you like 🙂 cant deny Leonardo was a master at what he did, saw a bunch of his sketches years ago and could have spent all day looking at them, drawing them (but the place was too busy for that ☹)
Donato Montorfano's Crucifixion is a good fresco, ANY comparison with Leonardo is simply unfair. It's useless to take Leonardo as a quality reference, we would never be objective
Looking for a good review and information on this, your video is very well edited and informative! Thanks a lot!

Totally agree! I went just for a weekend and thought it would be enough but I definitely need to go back to Milan soon 😍
Thank you for your video and all the information we are planning to see it in April. If I can procure a ticket. You are very talented as well.
