hi, thanks for your informative video. Just to clarify, you purchased the CENACOLO ADMISSION TICKETS for 15 euros to gain access to the last supper? Prior to seeing your video, I read somewhere that you had to book a guided tour in order to gain entry to the room with the last supper in it.

Agreed! Learning from the artists that have come before us doesn't have to be recreating their works exactly, in the same medium. A master copy VS a master STUDY is a good distinction to draw! Where a master copy has you working to recreate the exact work, a master study to just figure out what you like about the use of color, composition or even just the use of a specific tool is great! We had a good stream with Lucas Peinador recently where he did a Leyendecker study and worked through prioritizing the intention of his studies. Keep up the great work!

This video is very useful. Yes, I think that thinking critically about what you like is far more useful. Besides, sometimes when you just copy, you are still left with the question of, what did I learn?
