Toyota GR Yaris Coolerworx Short Shifter Installation

Next up in our unboxing and installation series we take a closer look at the recently released Coolerworx short shifter for the Toyota GR Yaris! As many Yaris owner know the stock shift isn't perfect, leaving a lot of travel and play in the stick. However, the new Coolerworx short shifter reduces each throw between gears by 40%, removes all wobble from the shifter and it's a direct replacement so it fits without modifying any of the OEM interior.

I knkw this install for the yaris but any info on the one made for the corolla? Just bought that one and the front trim that has the drive mode selector will not fit without being cut. Any info would be appreciated. Also whats the trick with those two white tabs that go on the linkage? Mine keep fallling off. What is their purpose

Solving a problem that my GR does not have. OEM Gearchange is just right for road use. Looks ridiculous unless you are a pukka rally driver, which 99% of GR drivers are not.
