The only surf break I surfed was San Miguel with my uncle Dave Francey and Blacky August, Robert August's father. Great men and really enjoyed being with them and also Mrs August a very sweet lady. RIP TO ALL
my 1st few trips into that area I drove right past that looking for something better.Later on I learned to love that spot.Surfed it 3 or 4 January trips just me and my friend Cam.Last time there in 2001 or 2 it was getting known and fairly crowded.
i'll keep it up there mate, and i hope you plan to use a spoon.... just to make it more painful... i haven't said where it is mr armand, and don't intend to. not that its that secret anyway. my mate scopes out waves for the rip curl search comp, i've sent him a letter saying that if they find me skinned with a spoon to hold the next comp here.
This looks like a 1 in a million day. Lots of casualties of this wave last time I was there. That is a shallow sand bottom with a critical inside section over rock reef. You break your bone or worse your head out here and you are totally toast. Oh yeah.....We saw orcas eating a dolphin in the lineup. Bring a helmet its rarely this pretty.
I agree with Armand0o take this video off and enjoy it at your house you show way to much landscape i new right where it was as soon as you pand around with the camera!

Nice one mate.... I dont' go there too often cause I live in Australia! Was in mainland mex a few months back though and got great waves!
The whole idea of a secret spot was to keep it a secret.

Best I've seen "the wolf"
not sure to be honest.... we just rocked up and there it was... smokin!
