- Today, we have an Overture exclusive. We unbox the all-new Technics SL-1210GR2 turntable.
These come in Models SL-1200GR2 (Silver) / SL-1210GR2 (Black)
Fusing Technics’ traditional analog and digital technologies, the SL-1210GR2 is the new standard in direct drive turntable systems. With a revolutionary new drive control method for smooth, accurate rotational stability and a new power supply for an exceptionally low noise floor the new generation turntable outperforms the usual standards of its class, for rich, robust sounds and true high-fidelity listening. See it in action at our suite at Capital Audio Fest November 10th-12th in Rockville, MD. Please contact us at info@overtureav.com or 800-838-1812 for more information.

Nice unboxing video.
Now, I'll have to pick up a pair.
Statesboro Blues! Thanks for sharing!
I want this so bad
Fantastic 👍👍👍
Mine came with an rca cable, yours didn't?
You can go to any electronics shop or record store and get a pair of slipmats. The rubber ones would ruin the record within a split second.
Excellente platine vinyle
What r is differ from this piece with SL1210MK7 ?
...but will there be a 1200G2?
is the power a direct line in or a 3 prong?
PSU is inside the device with a C13/C14 connector (3 pin plug).
Cartridge ? Headshell ?
Thanks for reply 👍
Cartridge is not included.
What makes this turntable the GR2 and not the GR?
The motor
@@chrisk4026 what about it
@@chrisk4026 what's the difference in the motors
@@4vinylsound the seller told me its much more smooth and more stable in rotation
I forgot whats the word for
Actually i hear no difference by myself
My brothwr owns the 1200 gr and me the 1210 gr2
@@chrisk4026 I own the 1210GR and I bet it's just a sales gimmick to Jack up the price and extra 3 or $400.00
Like 👍👍
not a slip mat, its a rubber mat.
wake up mama turn your lamp down low
Strobe doesn''t work
Attaching the headshell without a system is rather pointless.
The point was to demonstrate attaching various component parts of the turntable. I found it helpful to see.
