He did his job. I'm sick of modern managers complaining about their players' injuries. Alex Ferguson actually rolled up his sleeves and injured them himself.
🤣
LOL
Of course your name is Roy Keane
That's his job!
🤣🤣
slapping around the head was effective man management when i was growing up in the house
still happens in this household
Still happens in many household.
Still happens in the world
The whole world needs a slap upside their head !
💯 %AGREE. WHEN THE GOVERNMENT TOOK AWAY DISCIPLINE FROM THE SCHOOLS AND HOMES, THIS IS THE RESULT IN OUR SOCIETY TODAY!!!!!!

Not even a united fan but no manager will ever be greater than Sir Alex
I can listen to sir alex stories ALL DAY!!
Absolute mastermind. The man-management of Sir Alex is something that I don't think we will see ever again. Edit: words
Just watch your country man Ole replicate him.
Ole is the spiritual son of Sir Alex. I'm not sure about the Sir Alex aggression and sternness though.

I actually like Ferdinand hes got good personality. Need him back at utd in some capacity
Fergie = Absolute legend. And I'm a Liverpool fan. Mourinho isn't a patch on him!
thats why he is called the boss by Mourinho himself
We shouldn't really compare the 2.. Jose has a long way to fill those boots
I freaking hate Fergie, only because how good he was for a rival.
S_ Hussain4646 ummmm no he doesn't let's not forget Mourihno is also one of the best managers of all time not in the same league as Ferguson but still one of the best ever but Mourihno knows he's not better than Ferguson he's confident not delusional
Yeah mourimho is much better
fergie new how to press buttons he was the master at that and he got that off big jock stein and matt busby ..three legend's
steven clark 100% at last someone who knows what they're talking about
steven clark knew**

Steve clark.established fookin brilliant no2 and the same will happen in managment.was pretty good player 2
BIG JOCK KNEW
An old legend has it Bellamy is still in his pocket
no he came out when bellamy went to man city
Tbf Bellamy did destroy him in that 4-3 game against City. Man U won the game but Bellamy definitely won the individual battle on the day.
@@artfuldodger5247 yeah 100%
Love Lampards impression of Fergie 😂
Fergie - It need's to be a movie
Who would play him? Not many Scottish old actors. Knowing Hollywood they'd probably cast Sean Connory to play him, or Sylvester McCoy in make up and a padded jacket.
But regardless they shouldn't make a movie since sports movies are rarely ever good especially when they're biopics or about football, imo.
@@firstnamelastname364 He wasn't born old.

Ferdinaaand !! :D
That sounds such a Jock Stein thing what Ferdinand just described and I'm not surprised BC either.
Big Jock way obviously Fergie's mentor. He learnt so much from him. In this current PC climate, I fear hard but fair man-management is over.
Respect goes a long way
did Lampard, Rio and Carrick came from the same batch at west ham academy?
Glen Johnson was one of them too!
array and Mathew upson
Colloquial Soliloquy who?
And Masuaku
array s Defoe was part of the batch but was poached from Charlton tbf and was massively rated.
As an Asian, i approve this slapping around head
That makes sense
Slapping round the head is a sign of strong leadership 🤣
Nobody motivates like a strong Scot 💙
Tim Donovan wtf has Sturgeon got to do with this
Its like me and my Ardbeg
I came back to this video just to hear Lamps screaming FERDINAAAAND once again.
I actually remember that time Bellamy destroyed Rio when he was at Man City, Rio was running in quick sand it was crazy!
Jack wilshere is still injured
Love hearing about these things that we don’t see on the tele
Ole probably said the same thing to Maguire about Tammy Abraham
Rio the way he put his head down tho 😂😂😂
Imagine doing all these to the current players. 🤯
Sir red nose was quite the character
Will never ever be a manager like sir alex again.
Rio and keown 2 of England's best centre backs
Class pundit
Simply genius.
Craig bellamy was one the most feared attackers in the premier league..
Whenever rio talks its always in the past
What?
what do u want him to talk about? latest netflix show?
What a moronic thing to say. 🙄
lmao
Because it's the past, that has shaped him
What a defender Rio was. Only one player who ever got the better of him. That's not bad
Rio absolutely loves himself🤣🤣🤣
More people should've slapped Rio Ferdinand.
Lesson for ye all
Dont slap yer boss on the head cause i did it today now im fired
And i have no job
😔😔😔
Things have changed. Now players will call the police and file a complaint and not turn up to training.
Keegan still has nightmares from Fergie winding him up.
"obviously sir Alex"
he'd be arrested now SAF or at least they'd call it 'bullying'
fergie had the best players... best players win the big trophies like the league and champions league... that man utd era under fergie is like celtic...anyone can win the league with celtic
Nah he didnt always i can name a few leagues he won where had an inferior team/squad to the other title challengers and a few where the competing teams were equal.
Seruosly if this happens now a manager slapping the player the manager will be sacked and will be all over the media for a long time this day r gone
yep if Fergie was to try and use his tactics at a new club today he would be seen as a bully. sad.
@@MrJoshua1875 Why is that sad?
SAF = Greatest, ever. :)
I thought I was a Man Utd fan. Somewhere along the line I became a Ferguson fan.
Same with me 😂😂
Garry Neville says previous two managers before Ole were not from a Man U background, SAF came from Scotland 🏴 managing Aberdeen, he continued the rise of Man U after speaking to Sir Mat Busby (another scot) as fergie was facing the sack after his first 3 years, and the rest is glorious History. 👍🏴
The Albert Einstein panel jam heads and sawdust shoulders
i think ENGLAND international team should have SAF as their manager
Arslan Aslam he’d rather slit his face I think, the mans *Scottish* remember
Why? He's retired at the moment and England have arguably their best manager in decades with Gareth Southgate.
Not to mention as the other guy said, Fergie's Scottish and he's past his prime anyway with not value in managing a national team. There's a reason only people like Big Sam or Hodgson wanted the England job. It's not very lucrative
Alex Ferguson managed Aberdeen FC in Scotland.
And St Mirren before that
Character building.
If he slaps around people's heads then i am convinced sir alex has an asian father blood in him.
B T nah it’s just us Scots are a wee bit like that
Gain City
Messi does that to seiten
Sir Alex would be a lot a millions worth if he was managing currently
Mxs M nah his tactics and man management just wouldn’t work these days.
Chris Kay it most definitely would work, same saying as all the greats like for eg Bruce lee he would adapt better then us even at present time
@@mosesm.2993 Bruce Lee was good at kung-fu but I'm not sure if he'd translate well to football management. also because he's dead i dont think bruce would motivate the players or have good communication with them
Lol Good old man u
Mafia methods. "gimmie dhat goal boy!"
sign the contract ole 😂😂😂
Question: why it OK for United to be desperate to keep a highly paid, inconsistent and wantaway Pogba but then claim they don't want to pay over the odds for Dybala who doesn't want to be an OT either? Pogba is a mercurial talent but why doesn't the club put integrity first and only keep/get players that have the United Red in their blood?
Alex Fergusson was a great at putting fear in players but tactically he was inept. Back in those days there wasn't the tactics that Guardiola has brought to the British game and influenced all the other managers with. And of course that was put to the test when Guardiola's Barcelona destroyed Man Utd at the Uefa Champions league final.
He had good assistants like Quieroz or Meulensteen to set up the tactics for him so he could focus on the man management
Tbh pep did have xavi iniesta and Messi
Pep not being able to win the Premier league with unlimited resources at City and Batern without Messi, xavi and Iniesta. Proves that Sir Alex didn’t underperform in Europe at all. Even Jose could not sustain dominance in the Premier league as long as Ferguson has.
Pep can’t impart his tactics with sub par players that Jose and Ferguson have. They have both conquered Europe with teams outside the top 5 leagues. Jose did it twice.
Then Bellamy did destroy him for City when he left Ferdinand for dust
But then Owen had his back
To be fair Bellamy did do him. Ferdinand trying to be clever in derby fixture and tried chipping the ball. Straight to Bellamy who scored.
Many forwards may be found in Rio's pocket
..and "Bellers" destroyed him
Enisp
Fergie is GOD!
Fergie Is A God And Rangers Man So He Came From Good Stock,
I think Fergie always had a feeling that Rio was always in danger of taking it easy. Because it was was easy for Rio at times I think Fergie would try and keep him on his toes.
He mugged him off in front of his pals
And guess what Bellamy destroyed him and we ended up still getting robbed 4-3
for newcastle yh?
well guess what 2 of your goals were very lucky lool in that game, ferdinand and foster blunders and plus he says newcastle not city looool
Abdi Ali I know I’m on about the Manchester derby when Bellamy destroyed Ferdinand
Ryan Giggs, takes a look, plays it in to OWENNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
Manchester United Fan HD balotelliii agueroooooooo he’s done it City have won the title !!! 👌🏻🖕🏻
Still hasn't came out of his pocket
To be honest bellamy did destroy rio I recall as man city player in 4-3 match
Bellamy probably did destroy him that day. 😂
HURRICANE BAWBAG 😂
@1:19 did Ferdinand just fart?? or was he playing it off like his phone vibrated or something?? or searching for his fart 😂😂😂
Japp Stam If Was Not Sold By Man United Rio Ferdinard, Dose Not Have A Man United, Career,
why? who would of kept him out? ronny johnsen? LOL
Today’s players: Touch me and I’ll sue
Going by today’s standards he should be done for physical abuse then ? And ppl are done by previous online stuff in the past is ge telling the world his boss hurt him ?
Ali G makes some interesting points
Bellers
Nowhere near enough slaps
I love rio but his lips piss me off when hes talking
How many current players need a slap round the head?
Maguire. Just for the perfect connection on that bulking slab sized noggin.
Fergie was a bully who had the most money. Can't slag him for his choices for assistant manager that must've been the best thing he did since he delegated most of the training work to them. But other than that he was an angry manipulative bully with a lot of money.
he had the most money until 2003 what about the titles he won after that?
The only thing that can match Fergie's stature in footballing world is, Moreen hoes ego.
😂😂😂
Man utd will go down every seasons hahahhaa
It's sad that the verbal abuse and throwing things at players is the norm and just expected from managers.
😭😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂💀

That serial loser in finals will never achieve a fraction of what SAF did.

Well sir Alex was genuinely disabled. He'd lost his mind by 2006. Hardly a fair comparison when one bloke is confused by cereal and the other is perfectly healthy.
Adam Harrington so a disabled man won a champions league and 5 pl titles afterwards...
seems like Adam Harrington is genuinely disabled
I don't understand this comment
That’s Wenger
Adam Harrington
Sarcasm
Don't get me wrong but Rio was never a great player
Hes average.. i mean the only player that defends quite well for MU
So which defender in the premier league was ?
None actually
There is no medicine for jealousy. Rio was what they called a Rolls Royce defender. There was no defender in world football at that time who was equally good on the ball and on being physical. Transfer records were broken twice for him, the clubs who bought him were no fools, they knew what they were getting for that money.
