1. Moral courage 2. Humility 3. Perseverance 4. Sacrifice 5. Integrity 6. Compassion. He says you need “moral courage to stand up for what's right…You will have to speak truth to power…And what makes real heroes are their struggles and their ability to overcome them.”
Admiral William McRaven - once the longest serving Navy Seal on active duty, played a key role in thousands of dangerous missions, including commanding the mission that killed Osama Bin Laden.

I must tell you something I flew to Austin Texas 3/24/2020 In hopes of attending the Episcopal Church where you attend ( I've been Episcopalian since 5 .) I was The Lone Ranger with my sidekick Tonto as a child. I wanted to be a Green Beret' but my health would not allow it. In 1977 while living in Lebanon Ohio guess who was my neighbor . Astronaut Neil Armstrong My Hero You Are My HERO and God Bless You and God Bless the United States of America !!
