I found your channel a few weeks ago, and I wanted to come back and comment on this video in particular because I got a few of those clear caddies yesterday! And I didn't even have anything in mind when I got them, but I took your advice that they're versatile enough to buy first and ask questions later. And they are! Five minutes after taking them out of the bag this morning, I immediately started filling one with a set of supplies that I desperately needed a better system for! I'd been keeping them in baggies and stressing and not noticing when various components would run out. I am someone who will never be a minimalist, but I really love watching organizers in action because it helps me work toward that magical ideal of having a bunch of stuff but then also keeping it organized. You keep reminding us that it's okay to have an organizing system with room to grow, and that had never really stuck with me until watching your channel. And it helped me SO much just now!
OK young lady, first I seriously enjoy your chan-nel! (I was singing that part :) You are very knowledgeable in your field. I have many, many of the products you featured in this episode except the clear plastic rectangular bin (without a lid) because I didn't know what to do with it. You have given me some terrific ideas on how to use it, so I will have to hunt some down. Also the kinda clear drawer containers are fantastic-really gives your drawer an upgraded look. The clear container with the black lid is awesome!!! I started purchasing them for my classroom when they only had primary colors like red, which was ok-but then Dollar Tree got sophisticated and added clear, light gray, and black to their repertoire which changed the game. Again gives your organization a total upgrade-so much that I switched out all of my primary color tops with clear and bought these for my college son's dorm pantry. They keep all of their snacks, bars, pop tarts, cracker sandwiches in those bins on their 3-tier cart. Yep this video was so great and so are you! Keep striving!
I meant to respond fully to your message and now I have the time. Again thank you for your kind words, for watching and commenting! It’s so awesome that you already have most of the products but of course you would they are that good. I’m so happy they’ve become more sophisticated because if not, they wouldn’t get my money lol. The best part about these products are they are so multifunctional and can be used multiple ways. Oh and thank you for your lovely work as a teacher. I already know you’re making a difference in many you d lives. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi, I just found you and am not disappointed.First you better wear that bralett girl you look great. Second you and I must be sisters from different misters. I swear I bought about 90% of the products in this content about 3weeks ago.Glad to know I am on the right track. Twinning!
I'm reorganizing everything this year and I've been binging your videos girl! I may have even starting styling my hair like yours 👀 Thank you for everything ❤
I have the tray with no lid on my bathroom vanity. I love it. I wish I could find the container with the black lid. I have not seen that one before. I have many colorful (blue & green) trays & wire baskets that I bought years ago to help me get organized. I just love the Dollar Tree. Thanks for your video.
What comes to mind with those tags is that you might be able to use double-sided mounting tape. That way when you go to clip it on it will stick onto the box or plastic bin. a lot of people get the mounting squares in a role in the hardware section at Dollar tree but I get the role in the cross section because it's more footage and cut that into little squares
I have a clear box very similar to your battery box. I use it to store my little pins, buttons, watches, and other jewelry pieces for my Boy Scout and Girl Scout life. It's a quick grab vs using space in my more formal jewelry box.
The first set of plastic containers that connect together are great, like you suggested, I have been using them in my underwear/sock drawer for several years now. I kind of fold things like the Marie konmarie method. I used to just toss all of that stuff in a drawer but it's so much nicer now. They do have woven type plastic containers. They are pretty. You can go online and order things and they were shipping to the stores for pickup. The clear acrylic containers are really nice quality as well. Thanks for sharing your great ideas. I'm becoming a subscriber 😁❤
I 💯 agree those containers are amazing and I might I add multifunctional. I’m actually now using them in my medicine cabinet and I’m in utter love. Thank you for your ideas and for subscribing!!!
I'm sure I am a year too late but in the case of the small card holders, I used those for my pantry baskets in my kitchen. I snapped the little flexible part off and just kind of pried open the part that holds the ard and slid it on to the top of my basket. I imagine you can also just hot glue something to the back as well. Hope this helps and thx for al your awesome tips!
Dollar Tree also has label holders meant for three-ring binders. I have used these by attaching them to containers with their Pre-cut foam mounting take. There are six feet in a roll and is great for other projects too.
I recycle items to use as drawer organizers, example mushroom containers are perfect. Sushi trays are pretty too. I use my Japanese tea cups for pens, cause I never use them for drinking from. Take out round plastic bowls are used for the bottom of flower pots for excess water drainage.
Hi new subdcriber here, I love, love, love your style. No fakeness, no muss and no fuss. Straight forward and to the point. Your my new favorite youtuber for home organization. Thank you. I can't wait to see your other videos and what you come up with next.
I ordered those clear containers , the one that you only found one of, on the dollar tree website. It comes in a pack of 12 and I bought 2 packs =$24 and I had it shipped to my local DT for free !!
For the tags try taking the back spring of broken (or dollar tree) clothespin and securing in the back as clothespin would by heating up the tips of the spring (use pliers or something to hold the spring while heating up). Just an idea that came to mind, lmk if it you'd try.
What kind of design did you come up with for the plastic name labels? I immediately thought of those itty-bitty rare earth magnets - gluing one on the inside of each side. They're super strong but can be pricey. :)
I don't know if you check Dollar Tree now and then, but besides their "regular merchandise" they get in things that aren't their own products that are often higher quality or come in more interesting colors, shapes, etc. And something like the clear plastic containers come in all different sizes/styles, including little stackable drawers and divided rectangles with lids that always sell out quickly.
Just wanted to say I'm a new subscriber and I am already obsessed! I've watched a lot of organizing videos over the years and yours are legit the bomb! To the point, informative and genuine. Also, you are gorgeous 🙂
I just love Dollar Tree. I have quite a few of their organizing products. I have the bin that you are going to use on Tony's nightstand. I use one of them for my ice coffee items and a vitamin mixture. Thank You for this video. I have seen the mini bin like the ones that you have in your garage. My garage is a mess. I've got so many projects in there to do. I just love your channel.
Yes! Dollar Tree, please listen to her. 😁 We need more neutral colors. I like a lot of the products, but can’t stand the bright colors. We need more natural materials + black, white, & clear. ❤️
Hi Judith, my name is Ireland and this is my first time watching your channel. Great info on organizing products and their uses. One of the items you spoke about was a nameplate you suggested for use as a basket tag or label. The moment you showed that item my brain exploded with solutions for making the clip stay attached. Here are a few suggestions: glue a magnets on the back of the nameplate clip and on the basket or glue a small Velcro circle or s
Just an idea.... what if you used those little circle magnets or hook and loop for those label holders. This way they can be removed repositioned etc.....I haven't seen those yet but I'm now on the lookout. Thank you for this video. 🥰
I have a bunch of those all over the house. They’re great for so many things and have lasted a long time. I even use them to hold some of my small potted plants. They’re very multi-functional.
I use the same the same container 4 batteries it was a game changer 4 me cuz I wud stick them all over the ace now they r in all tgthr & kept in 1 place all the time
Awesome video! I use the The “battery container” for my office supplies. It holds a stack of small square sticky notes, paper clips, rubber bands, etc. and helps keep everything close at hand. I also found another container in the hardware section. It has a long section for my pens and can hold the larger sticky notes and has room for everything else. I also have a few acrylic containers, a three section with lid holds my qtips , cotton balls, and cotton rounds for removing my makeup, and another with small compartments that holds my small earrings.
1st time seeing you , and I like you and your personality and ideas! I would like to offer a suggestion you might mull over, and that is to really streamline your delivery. My time to watch such videos is quite limited, therefore I generally choose engaging presenters (like you) who offer quality info (like you)... yet get right to the point... then exit. Thanks for your consideration and have a great day!
Love. I just had my brother go to dollar tree. I like the drawer organizer best. We have the compartment with the lid for the children's little toys. May you share tips for keeping your husband organized after you initially organize his space. I have done some organizing but it doesn't always stay that way.
My teacher hack for those label holders is velcro. I put a velcro piece on the inside of the container and one on the inside of the back of the label holder piece. Comes on and off easily. Probably could use a magnet strip too.
Just here bingeing! I love IKEA and Dollartree for affordable organization products. ooo exfoliating gloves love those I usually get mine from Amazon Im omw to dollartree to find these! thank you 😊
Someone may have already mentioned this .. but just in case .. I know that Dollar Tree offer some items online in bulk qty. So you might be able to find the clear plastic box containers that way since you didn't find any more other then the 1 you did . Oh and Thanx for sharing !!
What about removing the back and using E6000 glue to attach some clothes pins or those metal clasps to the back that are in the office section? The back won't be visible anyway because the label will hide it
Hello and shout to Toronto! Thank you. I don’t think we have Dollarama here but I’m sure we have something close. I will need to check that out. Thank you!!!
What about putting hot glue in the crease of the label holder and then place them on the basket or bin to stay then just write with an erasable marker ( chalk or dry erase )?
Yes!!!! I literally found this video while searching for a hack to convert DT's card stands into bin labels!!! It has enormous potential; I just don't know how to do it! So glad I found you! Did you find a solution yet? 🙏
Hi Sheila! So many people have suggested amazing solutions and the one that I will think will hold up the longest is probably using a magnet. Yayyyy for finding my channel!!!
Hi, it's my first time here! My suggestion was going to be to use magnets, but I see it has been suggested. Much success to you! This was very enjoyable!
First thank you sharing this is first and watch I am starting watch I want to share about the Label holder I was thinking of magnate ( forgave me is misspell anything lol) If you didn’t check out th dollar tree website
@@juditheorganizer HEYYYYYYY @juditheorganizer with the name tag holders try the dot magnets that dollar tree carry . It's usually 14 dots in a package with the Arts And Crafts section...
The suggestion I received that I will use is to add a magnet to the label and to the bin. I’m going to be trying this out this week and sharing my experience.
They don't have the prettiest baskets but I did buy a bunch of white ones for under the sink. I don't remove them often so them not being great quality isn't an issue, I also do have a bunch of their square and rectangular bins in blue or teal, I love teal, and I use them in my downstairs closet for things like plug ins and air fresheners so if they leak it's ok, the shelves are wire and they hold the small things, it's not esthetically pleasing but it keeps things organized and from falling through the gaps, I'm cheap, I just couldn't pay target or container store prices for them. I have nicer bins that people see in the living room and some from target in my linen closet because they were bigger but for certain things I'm totally ok cheaping out on them. Even though they're flimsy compared to target I haven't broken any of them yet. My hubby hates them but he also doesn't want to pay container store prices for plastic either so I just get the dollar store ones and use them and eventually he notices haha.
I 💯 agree. Their baskets aren’t nice to look at but they do the job. Teal is pretty and I’m working my way up to liking more colors lol. I like how you’re using the bins!!
If it helps, I dunno, but - when it comes to, well, groceries in particular, with respect, primarily for those with a vehicle (bearing in mind that I have no idea where anybody outside of Oz/NZ - or, tbh, even the scope of availability everywhere else in the world 🤦🏻♀️ - would easily locate them), I've personally found that the collapsible plastic crates are amazing. They're easy to use. And can withstand a certain level of casual treatment. They fold down flat (total height of maybe 20-30mm when collapsed... Or, if you don't use the metric system, 2-3 finger widths?) therefore when they aren't being used they take up next to no space. When set up for use though, they come in a variety of sizes/heights (i.e. One might be as tall as your fingers are long when set up, while another might be as deep as your elbow), so obviously they can hold different products. Even better too, is that, whether collapsed or in use, the frames are designed to lock on/in to each other, which obviously means that your fresh produce/heavier liquid items like milk etc, or more fragile items like eggs are way less likely to roll around in the boot or backseat of your car, it also makes them super safe, really dependable, and (IMO) stupidly versatile. They make getting items from vehicle to house quick, easy and straightforward, and they mean that if you don't happen to have grabbed reusable shopping bags on your way out that day for whatever reason, you have an easy, space saving and otherwise inconspicuous solution, that's usable whether you need to bring in groceries, craft/gardening supplies, Christmas presents, kids toys/belongings, laundry (if you need to use an off-site laundry facility etc) or even just empty your car of runnish etc. You don't need to stand in a store and pack your purchases in to your bags and can instead just chuck 'em back in the trolley and, once you're back at your car (even if you still have more shopping to do, i.e. You've just done a craft shop, and now need to get stuff to (re)stock the pantry) everything will be organised for when you get home. Oh, and the best part about them is that while they don't take up a lot of time surface area, you're less likely to have somewhere readily "available" to stash them in the home (since they can't be balled up like a shopping bag 😂) and they'd look out of place anywhere else, you're more likely to [almost] immediately take them back to the vehicle therefore resulting in you always being prepared for "next time". I hope all of that made sense. Like I said, IMO. What works for me may not be at all practical for you. Let me know also if you have no clue what I'm talking about (and want to know) and I'll suss a link or something. Sorry and chur for your time
Name tag, you could use 3M double-stick tape or regular double stick tape. You could hot glue or E600 glue them for permanent use. You could also buy the 12 pack of mini round magnets in the craft section. You could glue the magnet to the tag then if it's a thin container put the other magnet on the product to secure it. You could also glue the other magnet to the product you are using.
You can also get the Dollar Tree clear acrylic picture frames and I use them as drawer dividers and shelf dividers. They come in multiple sizes. I love the bigger ones. I do put double stick tape on the bottom or 3M double stick tape. They are a super cheap version. Great for someone on a budget.
Sorry, one last note. I'm sure you know you can order Bulk off of DollarTree.com Check often and they will have all these products you can purchase in bulk. You are not able to retun or exchange them in-store due to the fact the online store is run by a different company. I ordered a case of clear soda can/ soup can holders. They can hold so many differnet items and look very high end.
OK one more, LOL! You showed the battery compartment box. They have an even smaller one that is usually in the hardware/car area. I buy these in bulk and put my earrings in them. They can also hold small necklaces. They are also perfect for travel, they fit perfectly in a travel bag and they also stack in your closet or drawer. Often times they are hanging on a hook in the store. They do have a plastic tag attached for hanging. You could install a long hook and hang them in your closet as well.
I like the card stands, too bad it's required to buy 36 minimum online. I'm too lazy to do in-store shopping for just a few pieces :P Look like they're lacking springs to actually do the clamping, unless you're going to re-engineer it. If you care about clamping, gluing short springs in-between the space when it closes down should do the trick for a simple hack, though I doubt it will last a few uses. If not, either remove the back piece and permanently glue it on to the container; or hang it on the container and add a drop or two of glue at where the two pieces connected so that it stays stuck and not undo itself.
In the name tags how bout just a little bit of Velcro.. or they make some very strong either little or thin magnets. I think dollar tree has cheap Velcro option
Finally a black RUclipsr who does this as well. We love to see it
Hi Lovely!! Same.
Dollar tree also sells a pack of 3 or 4. I'm not sure of lable holders for bins. They are a little bigger but work great

They had a plastic wicker looking basket in beautiful fall colors 2020
For your potential label for bins/containers, dollar tree has clear Velcro tabs that would stick to the container and the label and hold it in place

For the tags try taking the back spring of broken (or dollar tree) clothespin and securing in the back as clothespin would by heating up the tips of the spring (use pliers or something to hold the spring while heating up).

OMG going to the dollar tree today!!!!
Awesome. Let me know what you find!
First video and now i'm hooked! you got a new subscriber.😍 you're adorable.
Yayyyyyyy!!!! Thank you and welcome.
The label holder can be held on with double sided foam tape.
Another great idea. Thank you!!!
Or Velcro dots/squares.
First thank you sharing this is first and watch
I am starting watch
I want to share about the Label holder I was thinking of magnate ( forgave me is misspell anything lol)
If you didn’t check out th dollar tree website
@@mariaisabelmorales2312 Thank you for your suggestion.
@@juditheorganizer HEYYYYYYY @juditheorganizer with the name tag holders try the dot magnets that dollar tree carry . It's usually 14 dots in a package with the Arts And Crafts section...
Have you figured out the labels? I think I'm going to use small piece of velcro.
The suggestion I received that I will use is to add a magnet to the label and to the bin. I’m going to be trying this out this week and sharing my experience.
Velcro tabs for the label clip?
Try mini magnets to be able to keep in place and remove when needed.
I love them baby Ben's.
I have never seen 1 of them
Thank you for sharing.
I'm new to your channel
Until next time bye
Maybe use adhesive magnets or individual magnets with E6000 to enable the label holders to attach?
Cut sheet magnets and attach them to the container and the label holders.
For the bin label holder use magnetic tape
What about magnets on the label holders
Thats a great suggestion.
Great video! How is the hair remover working out?
The jade roller is good 👍🏾 but baby if you drop it, it breaks. Heading to Dollar 💵 Tree 🌳 for those small clear containers for my son bathroom
Great video, all the best to you!
Thank you, Love!
Great Tips! Thanks!
Thank you!!
Oh I’m so happy that I found your channel! Just subbed
Very small thin magnet on clip part and magnet on other part might work.
I agree it fits my budget
Sorry and chur for your time
Collapsible crates are amazing. I have a few of my own and use them in my garage and for groceries. I just love them!
I know this is weird but can you share wear you got the top you are wearing in this video?
Not weird at all. I purchased it from Express years ago. That store is definitely my most shopped at clothing store!
@@juditheorganizer Thanks so much for replying and your great organizing content!
You are just pure damn sunshine!!
Awwww thank you!!!
I'm too lazy to do in-store shopping for just a few pieces :P
Look like they're lacking springs to actually do the clamping, unless you're going to re-engineer it.
I know it can be a pain to go there but I think it’s worth it. I’m definitely going to try out your suggestion. Thank you!!
I heard there’s a section of the Dollar Tree site where you can click to order smaller quantities so you can get fewer than the minimum.

In the name tags how bout just a little bit of Velcro.. or they make some very strong either little or thin magnets. I think dollar tree has cheap Velcro option
suction cups for the tags could work
Will try, thank you!
Use the mini magnetic
Put a magnet on it or binder clips
I’ll be done that for sure. Thank you!
Oh my lanta that hair remover looks painful but I am on board-no peach fuzz for me! Gonna have to try it!ouch!😂
It’s a little painful but it does the job!
You could use magnets to clamp
I will be doing that soon! Thank you.
And if the don't fit your drawer exactly... a little museum gel on the bottom & no more sliding!
For the life of me i cannot find a dermaroller 😿😿😿 although I've been keeping my eye out for a loong time
Might be a year late but you can just add a Glue Dot behind the labels to make it stay
Label attached by Velcro buttons? Maybe?
Great idea!
I would love info on how you shave your face!
I literally just shave it as you would your legs but more gentle.
Even though we don't have those stores here I enjoyed the content
Thanks, Marvia!!
Use hot glue to hold the label holder down
Great idea!
