Thank you for this. I have given up a project I was working on for 3 years because of that tightness in the chest that showed up. I finally stopped bcs I felt like it would give me a heart attack.

@ColleenJoy I would love to watch content about how to overcome self-imposed limitations and how to know if something is right for me. Because sometimes the tightness could also mean that goal is not aligned with who we really are (or can become), right?
Brilliant question, @marie-gabriellemarty2689 asked a similar thing. I think I need to do a deep dive video on this, its so important, and helpful to understand. Here is the answer I posted for Marie " A mistake I made for years what interpreting a "closed" intuitive feeling as a "No" - like resistance for example. Wisdom taught me that an "open" feeling means I am seeing and being clear/true. "Closed" means a lack of clear seeing and being. So my job is to get clear, find the belief or perception that triggers the closed feeling until I'm open again. From that open place, then we can check if love wants to move, and only then. Like a closed pipe can't flow, a closed state blocks our ability to sense into our true path for that moment. Hope that makes sense? I may add this topic to my list for next videos. " So the tightness is actually interfering with your intuitive compass so to speak. It doesn't mean "not aligned." Only an open but "flat" no flow, no life feeling is a "not your truth right now" intuitive clue. Does that make sense? Hope so. All love.

That's very kind of you Yvonne, luckily I have lost the scar self consciousness, but it was a deep fear for much of the first part of my life. I think many people hold themselves back because of "invisible" scars. I wish everyone could find their inner wisdom, it changes everything.

Sometimes it seems like older souls are the ones holding themselves back, afraid to speak and show up, when they have the most valuable contributions to make.
