Actually when I was first learning this dance my legs were always getting sprained and my legs hurt so much but when you get the hang of the dance your legs don’t hurt you don’t Sprain your ankles and you do the dance perfectly
It’s not painful to the legs if you do properly. I do Hopak dance but if you land on your foot improperly you get strain. I know from experience, I landed wrong a lot.
