      Can you tell me what happen if you try the cell activator during cold weather ? I mean I been trying to get cells but I can’t I’m in SoCal so definitively I have to wait for the summer to do this?

    • @terrymarler8259
      @terrymarler8259 3 года назад

      @@MrNandiuxx I'm sorry for the delay. I'm still learning about fluid art. So I tried america flotreol and sometimes it work and sometimes it didn't but I tried austral flotreol and it work for the first time but I waited a couple of hours and I used Garrick Brown mixture, So I wait to use my paints. I like his mixture but I also had more medium because of where I live. I've learn to have the paints come up to room temp. and for me they work better.

    • @GarrickBrownArtStudio
      @GarrickBrownArtStudio  3 года назад

      Colder weather you generally need to thin your paints a llittle bit as they are likely to thicken up as they are colder.

    OH! I wanted to suggest you share with your viewers how important it is to strain your Floetrol! Sometimes the boogers are noticeable, but I've had tiles ruined because they dried with these weird gooey bumps. Using a rubber band with a piece of panty hose over the opening is great, or a super fine sieve. ♥️

      Hey!! Not necessarily. This is just my experoence but if it doesnt work try and spruce it up a bit. Check first to see if it has thickened up... Give it a go. If it no longer produces results thin it first then maybe add another drop of wopd conditioner. The last result would be discarding it. I hope this helps. Please let me know your results. 😊

    Sorry I couldn’t get the formulation for American flotrol . One part was flowaid or ...? I couldn’t hear this part properly 😒

    Have you added minwax to American Floetral?Rumor is that it causes it to react the same as the Australian Floetral.

    Not a great comparable between floetrols. Your variables changed, you added extra stuff to the second one , which weren’t in the first . In order to compare ,everything should be the same except the floetrol . Now I still don’t know how they compare . ugh!

      US floetrol by itself does not react well for me consistently which is why I share the additives... For this video I am trying to help people get decent blooms by showing them what I do to get more of a consistent reaction. Thanks for your input.
