How is the fuel delivered? Is it gravity or do you have a pump? It did have a fuel starvation sound to it. Crushed fuel pipe? Inertia, as in did it stop when the trike is at a particular angle or after breaking? Is the a mesh filter in the tank that is becoming blocked with debris moving around in the tank from the hard riding? When you get it going, and sort out some off-road traction in the rear tire, I'm wondering if you could clear the ute after using the trailer as a ramp? Actually I wish I hadn't said that, because you are crazy enough to try it! Great camera work from your wee girl.
After you repair the trike, try to ride on some flat surfaces, and check how long the trike will ride, maybe it’s the debris fro the road, hard to say.

That is awesome. Props on going for it and maybe you can do a small electric motor somehow for reversing. I know some bigger trikes use a similar set up.
Yes I have been looking at other peoples electric reverse. I think a starter motor and a ring gear would work I could put it on the jack shaft

Sounds like a fuel problem. Any fuel lines running close to the exhaust? Could be vapor lock
It’s fuel injected the fuel lines are well clear. But I think it is something to do with fuel , thanks for the comment Bruce!
Maybe the fuel ended, or maybe the engine overheated?
Does it still have the side stand cut out switch but not reliably bypassed (shorted - assuming open circuit cuts the ignition)? I'm still thinking it had a lack of fuel sound to it.
I put a big electric fan on so hope its not overheating ! I think it is a fuel problem thanks for the advice

Yes there are mines nearby but wouldn’t be allowed to drive there! I want to take it to an mx track once it’s sorted

My thoughts for it not running would be a poor earth connection with either the coils or some other earth point with the electrical wiring

I think that rear tire could use some bigger knobbins and less PSI

If you are not breaking your toys your not improving them lol good on you😁👍 was the stub butt welded to the box on the outside or welded it the inside and outside of the box? If it's a fueling issue cheek the pressure at the injector bleeder if you have a gauge or make one to fit 🤔 or check the wires to the pump maybe 😊 have fun fix and improving
The stub was only welded to the outside of the box I was going to make gussets but never did lol, maybe I could but a gauge in to see whats happening!
@@DktheWelder you won't need to gusset if you put the axel through the box and weld inside and out👍 are the front shocks just car air shock's?
@@skinnycains4448 I could try that but gussets are easier and I cant believe it bent! yes they are car air shocks and work really well I can adjust the air in them to change ride height

@@skinnycains4448 it’s about the same size but could make a bigger spindle. I am also planning on some front brakes so need to plan for brackets for them too

your electronics might be overheating. It could also be plugs are getting to hot or fuel/air ratio might be off.

да, я не сделал его достаточно сильным. но вспомогательный аксель все равно погнулся, так что, возможно, они недостаточно сильны

you need more weight on that rear tire. Try 25 lbs then 50. see how it handles then. Oh and some better suspension hardware
also the tyre pressure was too high again I got it ready in the dark the night before so didnt really check it over properly! you're right the suspension could help maybe increase the damping?
@@DktheWelder I'm not sure the dampening is the problem. You need a spring on each side for off-road use. I got a couple somewhere I'll Try to dig them out. Those dampeners are good for road use but they won't stand up to off-road use for long. Hmm Your front A-arm assemblies look like they would work although I'm not sure how much force they could take being tube steel. You might need to fish around for heavy duty spindles and hubs for the front so they don't break again. I don't have any unfortunately. I'll see what I can find. Course you could also just throw a second dampener on each side. One tied to the top and one tied to the bottom of each spindle hub.
That whole steering geometry is really bad-the Scrub Radius is insanely positive. In almost all your vids with this trike buggy riding I see how harsh it bashes the front wheels and the steering wheel to the side of the bump it stepped onto.
It tremendously loads those bars the wheels are attached to.
I’d rather move the steering pivot point into the wheel, i.e. made the scrub radius = 0, or just slightly positive.
Yeah, that means complete rebuild (or even may be a redesign) of the front suspension.
It was really bad , I ended up changing it , but to be honest it wasn’t that bad to drive considering 31 inch tires with no steering rack .
Maybe its not geting enough air on the radiator where its located now and its shuting the engine off
Or is it just shuting off/stalling when you get off the gas? Because that can be a hole.other problem
I put a big car fan on it on the last video. It seems to cut out at lower rpm or when idling and then will go fine I think maybe a fuel problem
@@DktheWelder ooo okay yeah i had a problem like that with a old saab i bought would stall on me when coming to a stop light or when let off the gas after giving it alot of gas. I thought it was the fuel pump so i replaced it but it wasnt that it still stalled after and the. Engine winded up blowing up the next day so i never got to find out why. But i also read somthing about it coulda beeen a mass air flow sensor idk if motorcyles have those
@@DktheWelder and actually i just read that a dirty air filter could be a problem that causes it to stall too because when your moving the air is forced in there but when you slow down it chokes it and since your using a motorcycle engine that was never suppost to go off road id check that out
