- It's been a long time since you guys have seen the reverse trike build but today I'm working on the rear swing arm of the reverse trike. I wanted to rebuild the reverse trike swing arm to accommodate larger street tires. Next reverse trike video I should be adding a shock to the rear and finalizing most of the swing arm as well as adding the front brake calipers. Also let me know what you guys think about swapping the engine, should I keep the cbr600 or replace it with something else?

this vehicle is so special. when it's accelerating, its nose goes up. when it's braking, its nose goes down.
maybe, i think this vehicle motion is so exiting. i want to see next video very very much!!
This video was about 100 times more interesting than the title implied. grin.
Thanks for all of your videos.
We have been waiting for this thing to come back forever!!!!!!!!!!
Has anyone ever told you , you are brilliant. It blows my mined the things you make ,keep up the good work bud!!
😂😂😂👍👍🤘🏻🤘🏻 Like how you don’t hide your mistakes.
Get a universal pi.p from track auto
Get a ump from another iniy

Loved the split ring lathe fixture for machining the sprocket bore - great work!
You do good work, and your fabricating skills are excellent. Don't best yourself up about the electronic issues. Thanks for the videos
Looking real good! With a “pusher” fuel pump it’s good to have it gravity fed. Dropping that pump to the level of the outlet will ensure full pressure all the time. I try and have them in the rail right below the tank.
Man your builds and skills have gone crazy from homemade mini bikes to this amazing. You should check laws on making it street legal that would be cool
Agree completely last time I watched your video, you had built your first one, and it was cool but, nothing like this work of moving art 👌
Title and plate it as an assembled motorcycle, then drive the S**t out of it!
Would think it need head lights tail lights and indicated with title and plate
Check with wherever you get tags ( in VA. it is the DMV ) about registering it as a custom built or experimental vehicle . I don't know how hard it is where You live but hear it isn't to hard, it is the same process you would go through to register a custom motorcycle .
Don't forget insurance, that will be the most expensive part.
awesome project - much respect for making most of the parts from scratch
Nice to get a full video.
its always good to have your bowls clean. there is this girl i call time to time. she does a great job at leaving my bowls clean. nothing left in them.
Your builds are getting more and more impressive. 👍
You could build a sprung tensioner that'd ride the chain at perfect tension through the motion of the swingarm easy.
This thing is getting awesome.
You sir..are a genius. I wish I had half your fabrication skills. Great job man
Love the socked foot carb installation method.
You, sir you are my true inspiration someday I wanna have my own workshop where I can work on projects like these.
I have done the same. When you are very tired, you start missing many things. Now, since lessons learn. I take a brake and once my mind is settled and muscles relaxed. I recheck everything before starting the engine work.
And it never fails, when checking twice, things seem to work just right. Great video and you never lost heart in what you are doing: perseverance goes a long way.
Love the project. From what I see there are still some things to be tweaked. But I am gonna be here for it.
Looking great! Love watching you machine parts, you got the skills!
Just watching you mill and work puts a smile on my face keep it up.
A quality coarse roughing end mill will speed things up nicely on the rotary table. I also suggest a larger surface area for the rear swing arm pivot bracket.
Handy tip for when changing spark plug in deep cylinder heads, get a straight peice of fuel hose, stick it over ceramic end of plug to finish unscrewing it, u can also use hose to refit and start screwing into cylinder haeds.
Love the Rockin Music you always play great rock guitar stuff.. PLUS YOUR WORK IS AMAZING !!
Love the project. Beware the coolant at operating temperatures. A drip becomes a stream or worse real fast and it melts skin.
Wow! The engine sounds like a Crossplane R1. So good!!!!
you gotta realize this is one of your best/most inventive/inspired build....
Great video today👍
Those carbs need setting up , balance carbs and air screw adjusted ...
Really enjoyed tonight's episode 👍👍
this is my fav of all your builds
I've been watching this build from the start. One of my favorite projects. 👍
Edit: Nice teaser at the end!
Bravo dude! The trike has came along great. I’m jealous.
The editing on this video was excellent. You're doing such a great job, bro. I could watch your builds all day!
Por favor me explica como resolveu o movimento de re pois eu vi num vídeo que vc entra na sua garagem
Maybe one day you can friction weld some items. 😎 ....Man, you seriously need a plasma table. ....Can't you just use the engine for the title/registration? Then it's a road going vehicle.
Just to be honest..... I said to myself before making any comments … see what this guy is all about. Well I here to compliment the channel for great stuff that at least keeps me glued to the screen. No dought you have great skill sets that separate you from the great number of groups out here building.... My only grip is there has to be a road map to these builds. I realize that it's boring to pull out the paper to solve problems... Such as suspension geometry..... Steering geometry, and so on....You are a smart person.. Your attention to details puts you out front....stay cool..
Love it! Should be a blast out on the road!
by far my favorite channel of this type on YT. Look forward to the next video!
Happy to see another video so soon please keep them coming. Great job 👍
Simple ingenuity on that output shaft really like what you came up with there.
😊😊😊
Very nice work ! Seems you are very talented the trike has a great look about it. Thanks for sharing your video and some of your skills at fabrication.
Some fancy work today. Well Done!
I almost cried when i seen this vid come up, I waited all week for part 2 of the crawler build and bang no crawler
This build is my favorite from you. Please keep improving on it and make it street legal
your driving up the driveway clip was amazing
ALWAYS DRIVE WITH YOUR LIGHTS ON!
I have to tell you Chris, you are quite talented! love your channel and glad to see you got almost half a million subs. you make look easy and i really enjoy watching the machining and making parts that you cant buy elsewhere.
That looks like some serious fun looks pretty badass too👍
dude you are so talented ! i could see in the future you having a company as big as Polaris or something like that !! awesome to watch !
Just a thought for a future build, if you go to the scrap yard and see a torsion bar type suspension (trailer or camper) check to see if it's not one of those rubber types. For a small project like this, they make a really cool swing arm, because it's all self contained in the arm and pivot.
the same setup is in the original VW beetle :)
Minis too.
F1 quite literally uses tortion bar suspension now.
@@dylanzrim3635 that's true 👍
For the rear chain slack, install a idler spring to take up the slack when the eheel goes up and down.
Really cool build, I could see it all junked up and in a Mad Max movie. keep it up!
I think that would be great right now…33°C in the northern woods of BC, Canada….cheers!
It's the coolest and funniest project of yours by far lol
You are something special I used to dream about building stuff like that but I don’t think I am talented enough you are phenomenal keep up the great work
Body kit would make this Mint Chris👌 love this build mate. Keep up the good work
The tires look so much better!!
Congratulations, you have good idea s, good job,
Congrats man,happy for you.
Great video! Looks amazing!
A tech tip I learned back in High School shop class was to take a length of vacuum/washer fluid hose to help put in spark plugs. It will fit tightly over the plug, allowing you to use it to hand tighten and loosen the plug as well as to easily extract/install them from their housings.
Excellent tip. Or use an old spark plug boot.
Fantastic job, bro!
A big hug from Brasil!
creative knowledge, complete equipment, abilities are there, fantastic, amazing, cool, successful boss
love the sound of the engine
Can’t wait to see it ride the road
I agree with the cbr 1000 engine thought. I'd watch those episodes too.
Loving the build. Lowering that idle should get rid of the lawnmower idle sound.
Nice work. It is a good idea to mount the fuel pump lower than the tank. These pumps are sometimes pusher pumps than sucking pumps.
This is my favorite project on all of RUclips
How can someone be so skilled?
Hats off and thanks for the good video!🙂
Wish I had a garage. I get written notice to quit if I bring out a rattle can . Trailers are actually pretty tight rulers now days. King
Aight 1 am in the morning here in philippines finishing my schoolwork while watching this ive been waiting for these
It seems to be driving well. 👍😁
You are TYTAN of work ! Great project, like always thumbs UP
Very nice design and build. I like what you are doing.
I hope these tips come in handy for you I love your builds keep up the good work (max) down under
Finally another video. Please upload more often. I love your channel and your contents. I been watching you doing you wonderful projects since 2018. More power man
As someone who also does small(ish) projects and records them the amount of effort that goes into these builds off camera between cuts its pretty impressive. Id love more content too as I enjoy it but there are only so many hours in the day LOL!
@@concentricmachining4636 right lol
You are an excellent fabricator. I want one of these cool trikes since I’m missing my left leg from a motorcycle accident. So Cool!!!!! Thanks for these terrific videos, cheers!
It looks like this one could benefit from simplifying that wiring harness. Chopping it up and trimming the fat might solve some of those electrical issues.
Marty and Moog would be proud of that foot shot on the carb reinstall. I think I would bypass the harness and install a new fuel pump relay and wiring independent of that mess you inherited.
wow dude! freakin nice! awesome job...
You're one onto it dude man.
Your welds are really looking killer man🤘🏼
I like see this kid work, amazing
Do what ever you need to do, make it street legal. Take it to the
DMV or Department of Motor Vehicles. Get a license plate and
JUST PISS OFF YOUR FRIDLEY NEIGHBOR. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😁👍👊
Great job.😎👍
I would buy a Harley and BLAST it up and down the road wide open waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa lol... Give him a nice wave going buy at 100
Man peoples need to mind their own business that neighbor erks me
i believe that pump needs constant power with the key on......
Nice to see this thing rolling on its own power and kinda sad that you will get rid of it but im sure what ever you come up with wont dissapoint, decides im stocked on that awd build
I hate trikes, but love your "can do" fab from scratch. Great stuff.
If this thing was road legal, it would be awesome, you can maybe try a go kart track if you have one nearby. I really like this project.
Melhor canal de fabricação parabéns
Great job of bleeding the fuel system! Can't be too thorough.
In CA, three wheelers are still considered motorcycles. As long as you have the paperwork from the bike, you should be able to register that as a custom motorcycle. Usually bike titles have an engine serial# as well, easing this process.
Watching from Los Angeles, California
So glad I found this channel. I'm sure you already worked this out, but looks like the pull of the chain is pulling the swing arm down.
My favorite project you've done😎
Love this build
I saw DIY TRike project and subscribed
Cool machine!!!
You can always run your own new wires to the fuel pump, fuse it with proper amperage at the battery and install your own manual switch if you don't use a key on positive to trigger a relay.
Good work though
You tightened the heck out of those plugs 😂
That thing is sweet!
Love the awesome machine work the music is cool too 😎its all good Chris mistakes only makes us smarter 👍
That's so cool. If it had 2 wheels in the back it would look like a formula 1 car. 👍
