- Welcome to From Softwares newly released DLC to Elden Ring called Shadow of the Erdtree. In todays video we will speedrun through the whole dlc and beat the final boss Radahn, Consort of Miquella without using any glitches and without being hit/receiving damage in under 1 hour. Have fun ^_^.

Hey guys I hope you all enjoyed the video. Now this run took a lot of time to pratice for (especially, when it comes to mastering the attack patterns of the bosses in order to evade all of their attacks), so I would very much appreciate it if you could like, comment and maybe even share the video so that even more people can see it. Not sure if it helps to shave a few seconds but you can use mohg shackle for the air current so u can set up the jump faster for torrent for scaling the mountains instead of looking for the current spikes and destroying them

Thank you and yeah going around rellana would have maybe saved about 1 minute initially (though I did need that scadutree fragment you pick up in castle ensis in order to reach Scadutree level 12 by the end of the run, so the alternative would have resulted in the other bosses maybe taking a hit more to beat) ^_^.

Congratulations on an incredible speedran. Could you show your walkthrough from the beginning of the game to the expansion. The video shows that it only took you three hours to do it. I will not watch this video cause I didn't finished the DLC yet, but I have a question: is there a category (planned) for speed / no hit runs where the DLC needs to be finished while starting with a new character at the beginning of the base game? It would be fun to see which route they take to finish Rhadan und Mohg as fast as possible to enter the DLC. Looking forward to watch this one day :)
Thats a really good question ^_^. I do believe that it would make sense for there to be such a category (especially since I have seen people beat both mohg as well as base game radahn within half an hour of starting the game, though they did abuse glitches/exploits to be able to achieve that).

Oh boy, I think it took about 150 hours until I finally managed to get the no hit run in (I was really lucky to get the dlc a couple of days before the release as well, which allowed me to put quite a few extra hours in early) ^_^.

You don't need to fight Rellana to access UmbraAltos. You can access it through the Fort of Reprimand.

Good stuff! One question, sometimes it looks like you do some weird movement before resting at a grace and the occasional torrent mount-instant dismount, any reason for that? Or just accidents lol?
Those are mostly accidents (especially when it comes to torrent since I try to go for a double jump whenever you enter an area you can't ride him in, to get a bit of extra speed in) since sometimes the inputs gets messed up due to the somewhat choppy framerate in some areas of the dlc at times.

Amazing stuff. What's the furthest point in a run where you got hit?
I lost about 3 runs to the beginning of radahns second phase, due to the fact that he didn't get staggered immediately after the charged attack (which sucks especially since if you get that stagger in, before he does his large aoe attack you basically win).

what’s the significance of killing rellana? is it faster than skipping around her or did u just wanna kill her? same with the hippo, im assuming it’s just faster to kill them

Yep, afterall a fully charged r2 attack from the bloodfiend arm deals close to 500 in bleed proc ^_^.
Is there a lvl maximum set for the dlc speed runs? I see you were around 150 just curious.
I dont think so (unless you are going for a RL1 speedrun, in which case you'll have to start with the wretch and not level at all) ^_^.
So do you have shadow blessing level 0? Is cragblade what’s doing that much damage? What talismans are you running and what new game?
Let me give a quick run down of the build (it was in normal new game btw). For starters you wanna use a build that has 80 points in strength as well as 80 points in arcane to hit the hardcaps of both of those stats as well as 25 points in faith in order to be able to cast the incantations "flame, grant me strength" + "golden Vow" which both grant quite a lot of multiplicative damage ups (I also recommend equipping godricks great rune in order to get +5 stat points in all attributes + the faith knot tear which grants you + 10 stat points in faith in order to cut down on the required levels and to put the rest of your levels into endurance for the stamina).
For talismans you need the ritual sword talisman which grants you 10% aditional damage, the axe talisman which grants + 10% damage for charged attacks, the two handed sword talisman from the dlc which grants an aditional 15% damage as long as you dual wield a two handed weapon + the lord of blood talisman which grants an aditional 20% damage once you proc bleed on an enemy.
For armor you really only need the white mask which grants an aditional 10% damage once you proc bleed (which stacks with the blood talisman).
For the physick flask you should also use the spiked cracked tear which deals an additional 10% damage on charged attacks.
Now lastly you wanna use a fully upgraded Bloodfiend arm with the cragblade ash of war (which deals + 10% damage + 15% aditional stagger damage) + a blood infusion (which makes the weapon scale insanly well with strength + arcane + gives it a bleed proc of about 220 which hits twice during charged attacks).
Now you combine all of those multiplicative damage buffs on top of the scadutree levels I picked up during the run which buffs the damage by even more (especially since the patch from a couple of days ago made the first 10 levels even more powerfull and I was at level 12 by the end of the run) and you get a trully powerfull build which can proc bleed on bosses with a single charged attack ^_^.

could i ask what starting class you used for the run im tryna practice every time i try to copy stats it puts me to way above lvl 156
I've used the vagabond knight as a starting class since I am way more used to the longsword they start with (though I would also recommend using the samurai since their starting katana is really good aswell) ^_^.

amazing, but how ur Bloodfiend's blood arm is causes bleeding ?
you need to infuse it with bleed (the easiest way to do that is to pick up the black whetblade near the mimic tear ashes and then aply an ash of war) ^_^.

Arcane is hands down the most important stat, since it buffs the damage of the bloodfiend arm (it has a b scaling in arcane) + it increases the bleed chance (without any levels in arcane the bloodfiend arm has about 90-100 bleed while with a 80 arcane build it has a whopping 220) ^_^.

yep, arcane + strength both in fact increase the weapon damage since the arm scales with both stats (which is why you want to reach the hard cap in both) ^_^.
That long staircase section in enir ilim looks horrific to no hit
