    On the top of my head (without finish watching your entire video):
    1. Owner- pay money
    2. Designers (architect/engineer)
    3. Builders- General contractor & the subs that build the part
    4. Others- Insurance, Bond, Lawyers, etc

    you should do a video like your “My civil engineering degree in 20 minutes” rating the difficulty of each class within the degree. And the master’s degree too!

    Really intriguing video. Would love to see a video on how automation and other advances in technology (ex: modular construction) will impact the construction industry over the next few decades.

    In my area they hire 15 people just to watch concrete dry 😂 but this is a question I’ve always wondered. Thanks for answering!

    Hi Kienen! Can you please make a video about your experiences when you work in the field? Im particularly curious about your inspections. When there's a problem do you actually visit on site? I'm asking this because i wanna be prepared when i work with high rise buildings, I'm kind of scared of heights you know and idk if it can pose as a problem. Thanks much for the amazing vids as always!!! Keep it up and thanks in advance!!

    I have a couple questions. How often do you spend time at hotels/stay at job sites away from home, and are you often working with others or are you working alone on your tasks most of the day

    • @KienenKoga
      @KienenKoga  2 года назад

      Often working with others. Very few jobs require you to stay away from home unless a permanent relocation

    Can you mention companies that do inspection work during the whole process in your next video? It’s little confusing since some are private companies and some are working with the state or the county. Thank you

    Hi I am civil engineer from Peru working in the USA and will like to know more about the rebar contractor. Things like who prepare the shop drawings, are the rebar pre dimensioned common in projects (cut and bend in a workshop off-site), the GC is responsible of reviewing Shop drawings, need the approval of project designer. Maybe a video with more details of the rebar contractor would be nice. Great video. I can tell that from this video there are no differences from the way I manage projects in Peru.

    I have done Bachelor's in Architecture. Am I eligible to join Masters's in Construction management course? Since I haven't done Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Does this matter in my future career if I choose this course at the Masters level? Thankyou.. love your content

    How to disagree with boss & speak for our rights ? If we are overworked ..
    How to get promotions when company is small-med scale & always take about small budget issues ?

    • @KienenKoga
      @KienenKoga  3 года назад

      Probably depends on your definition of overworked. Like for me a 60 hr week is part of the industry and part of the job, but to others thats unacceptable. Construction is a business that has relatively small profit margins which usually ends up being an understaffed and an environment where the employees are expected to do more

      @@KienenKoga So how to grow & come out of this 70 hr work week ? Can we do something else related to it like designing ? Or is it temporary work ..in future everything will be alright ?
