This is a recording of a recording being played on loudspeaker in an open room with echo. This isn’t the native sound that the jury or even the court attendees would hear. If you were watching a movie and someone is recording you from a mic that’s really far away… the movie itself sound have perfect sound quality

The cops tell her that Fotis killed Jennifer and her response is a weak whimper into her hands; ZERO shock, disbelief, No question for what they are talking about, how they would know that.. and seconds later she's back to talking her BS. She's defending and protecting a man who robbed his wife of her life, his children of their mother, and all of Jennifer's family and friends of the rest of her life with them - and who ended up letting her take the fall by taking his cowardice to the next level of taking his own life to avoid taking responsibility.

What really puzzles my mind, about these interrogations, is how these people sit there and tell stories and lies, when the police already know what happened.

You know what I don’t get. Why didn’t Jennifer have cameras at her house? I’ve had them for 10 years, and I DON’T have a psycho husband that I’m terrified of. These people were wealthy. It just makes no sense.
She may not have been able to because she was renting her home, but I for sure thought the same thing. I have perimeter cameras that can alert me if someone steps on my large property, even if it’s a deer.

She is not surprised that Fotis killed Jennifer because she was involved and knows she is dead. She could have saved Jennifer, but she also wanted her dead. He thought he would inherit Jennifer's estate and get all inheritance intended for the children. He only saw dollar signs. He ultimately even moved on to another woman after Michelle who was willing to put up cash bail knowing his bond was being revoked as the properties were being foreclosed upon. The Farber family was bank rolling his career in real estate development. Thank goodness for Gloria Farber, Jennifer's mother who is caring for all the children and the nanny who is still caring for all the children together with Gloria.
What they put the Farber family through is horrific and justice has finally been served finding Michelle GUILTY on all counts. I can't wait to hear her sentencing May 31, 2024!
common strategy with people hiding information is to give a lot of detail that is absolutely unimportant. They believe they are coming across as helful and forthcoming.

She was fed lies about Jennifer so he could have sympathy for not seeing his kids, and making everything look like Jennifer was crazy. There was no way she could verify it, and no reason to think he would lie. She’s very submissive, just like Jennifer was. You see what happened to Jennifer when she defied Fotis.

If she were, she wouldn't have taken over Jennifer's parents' house, kicked Jennifer and her kids out of their own house and forced the kids to go a new school. Seems like she controlled Fotis. She may be the one who pushed him to do it because in the interview at time stamp 10:20, she says she was worried about "what is going to be my condition by being around Jennifer for the rest of my life, with the kids if you get them". May be that can be viewed as a motive? She did not want the kids at all. She was already tired of the custody/visitation Fotis had for two years. She wanted Fotis, the Mansion life style and the trust fund if Fotis got the custody of the kids. She is a master manipulator but says she was worried if Jennifer was manipulating Fotis. If Jennifer was of manipulative type , She never would have let Michelle move into her parents' house. These two must have tortured J for 2 years and caused health problem. Decent ladies don't move into the someone else's marital home and kick the wife and kids out of the house.

I live in Connecticut and I wanted to see this interrogation so bad but this is the most horrible video I've ever seen and heard I'm shocked that Connecticut especially where this is taking place in the richest part of the state, and this police department can easily have a decent interrogation room setup. But we have to watch little squares of video that's so confusing you can't even get into it, you can't understand it, it's horrible they should be ashamed to put this out.
Turn in the transcript and follow may help you. Michele saying “oh my God!” But still talking shows she may know more than she is revealing. The attorney needed to end this interview for his clients protection.

Just realistically if someone told me my bfriend murdered his exwife, i would be sobbing and struggle to answer questions through the shock and trauma. She acts so materialistically detail oriented just bizarre.

She didn't see garbage bags although they found DNA in it from troconis and Dulos and they said maybe it was transferred even the bags were in the Ford raptor back( outside the cabin)

I know there are drones the size of a 2 seater glider plane that doesn't need a pilot. It's remote controlled that can see far under the earth's surface looking for hidden Cities. I wish the FBI had one or could reach out to the Company that makes them & would pay whoever bought one to fly over & look within a certain radius to find her body.They also have large drones that are used to fly over the Amazon to discover any new species which they we're successful in finding one in such dense forest. Emotions and hunches notwithstanding, they aren't really pulling great evidence from her case. Then again, maybe the discrepancies in her interviews will end up being more damning than not.
Hi, Lorri Cannon! British Columbia here. Although I am certainly no expert on drones of any kind or size, if Jennifer's body (whole or dismembered) was buried under layers of construction cement, only deep, infra-red cameras and potent radiological equipment could possibly detect anything underneath that type of material. Yet, not knowing where Fotis could have disposed of Jennifer's remains would make the search practically impossible. But what do I know? It's simply my opinion.

I guess I was hoping somehow there would be one that could possibly help find her. I too wondered if she isn't under thousands of pounds of cement. Yes, after nearly five years, it would be a miracle if Jennifer's remains were found. If her body was dumped in a shallow grave, local wildlife would have consumed it and dispersed the bones God knows where. That's what happened to poor Suzanne Morphew's remains in Colorado: it took over three years for them to be found. As for poor Jennifer's remains, the person who knew where to find them is long dead. And, unless Michelle Troconis -- or someone who knew all about Fotis Dulos' comings and goings on that fateful day -- knows anything about it, I'm afraid that Jennifer Faber will never be interred where her children and family can pay their respects. I believe they have even torn up concrete at several places, and have done a really thorough search. With the ponchos being soaked in blood, and the cutting away of her clothing, I believe he dismembered her, and I believe something was said about using Lye (in something I read) She only weighed 120 lbs and I think he broke her body down and made sure she would never be found. He made a lot of mistakes in her murder, but unfortunately getting rid of her body wasn’t one of them.
When she describes picking up her daughter and that she spoke with her daughter on the phone ….she says…”that’s in my phone” who says that? Someone who knows, but is trying to cover herself.
But she objected for her phone to be used as evidence by saying the Police didn't collect the phone from her properly.
Jennifer didnt change her name to go get money. That is an abuser creating a complete fake negative scenario.

I was a prostitute, a drug addict, a woman who tricked him to get pregnant, he called our child a mistake, said i jumped head first our of a top floor window on purpose and lied about him strangling me for an hour prior, even though i sustained injuries and he went to jail.

Oh the best one was when he stole my dog i had years before i met him, he told his new wife my dog was his bomb sniffing dog from Afghanistan war....a war he was never in because the army discharged him AWOL after 3 months bootcamp lol

No....she did that! She remembers some little details, changes her story to many times! If you don't have anything to hide there is no reason to lie...and at this point JD was missing!

After they were both arrested for the 2nd time, she started telling the Police that she had lied in her previous interrogation and changed her alibi saying that Fotis wasn't home on the morning of 24th May and she did not shower with him that morning and she did see his phone at the office etc. After this she did not stay with Fotis because her lawyer advised her to move out and Fotis' lawyer accused her of changing tunes.

Fotis, Michelle and Kent all three may have planned together, hence Kent was in Fotis's office on May 24th morning so Michelle and Fotis would be his alibis and Kent & Michelle would be Fotis' alibi. Luckily Police were able to get hold of evidences from Albany ave trash cans, because of Fotis' phone . Michelle & Fotis didn't think that Police will track their 'dumping evidence' trip and did not worry about cameras capturing them at all.

Right near the end, the cop lied. He said he wasn't aware of the timeline or a sheet of paper with timeline info on it. Triconis told him about them in the interview. He didn't want to hear what she was saying if it didn't confirm what he thought happened. That's called confirmation bias. She told him she was instructed to write them down so she wouldn't forget or could remember as best as possible. If you ever needed an example of why you do NOT talk to police, even with a lawyer, this is it. What a shambles. It's a joke.

She must have been shocked when after supporting her lover in getting rid of his children's mother he takes the cowards way out. Leaving her on her own. After they were both arrested for the 2nd or 3rd time, she started telling the Police that she had lied in her previous interrogation and changed her alibi saying that Fotis wasn't home on the morning of 24th May and she did not shower with him that morning and she did see his phone at the office etc. Obviously after this she did not stay with Fotis because her lawyer advised her . Fotis needed to post a bond after his arrest , a lady friend of his helped him with that and stayed with him and after several days he committed suicide

Police did a horrible job in these interviews, let her bable, didn't get answers to certain questions, and didn't wait for a clear answer after they asked questions. Sloppy... whiteboard the timeline in front of her and Nail things down. Sloppy

I really believe they needed a Spanish speaking person there. Not for her necessarily but for themselves to insure communication is more accurate. I put my personal opinions aside and listened to this twice in it’s entirety. It appears she is trying to be as accurate as she can be. I’m thinking there are many more hours of this? It would really help to see more. He really had her snowed. A narcissist always has to have complete control over their partners. I seriously doubt she knows where Jennifer is. She was conned and now her life is ruined and her children may be without their mother which is 100% unnecessary. This is a tragedy of epic proportion and this murderous Napoleon complexed dude destroyed several families here. I watch the trial and she displays much emotion whenever they talk specifically about the death of this precious mother. I’m not convinced she played a part here in the murder at all. People have to understand that she only heard HIS BULL 24/7. He had her brainwashed. A narcissist has to brainwash everyone they’re with otherwise they couldn’t keep anyone.
I totally agree. She’s operating off of what he has told her and they definitely needed a translator there. She very well could be involved but on a basic level it’s assumed that she’s been fed lies and that under stress she need someone to assist in her primary language
It’s just very evident that she’s dealing with a narcissist whether or not she is aware, it’s hard to tell partly due to the language barrier. If I were an investigator, as soon as I realized there was some confusion and difficulty communicating based on language I would want a translator there to continue. To some degree, it appears like she’s embellishing the language difficulties but without a translator they really botched it

I really believe that Michelle was not there when Jennifer was killed but was there after the fact. Possibly helping fotus clean up or dispose of stuff. She was in to deep at that point. Fotus probably told her if she ever admits to being there or knowing where Jennifer’s body is she will go to jail for ever. She probably really loved fotus and he took advantage of that. He played her into becoming an accomplice. She shouldn’t spend the rest of her life behind bars.
