I've also heard that Quebec will be doing vax passports for entry everywhere, not just for entering and leaving the region. Growing up i remember car rides home from family parties with my mom and 2 older sisters. I always felt the need to defend whoever they started trashing. It was exhausting. And it usually turned on me as well.

Some advice though would be to talk to people you trust, and whenever you hear people talking about other people like this, chances are it will be you too. For the masters at it, who want you to not know, you will have trouble knowing.
That's why you just need to stop giving a shit and do what you want and be who you want to be. Don't be invested in the thoughts of others.

I had a moment of realization when I lived with two women and I couldn't stand one of them. She was most likely bipolar and had frequent, terrible mood swings (lets call her Jane). My other normal roommate would trash talk her when she wasn't there. The second Jane showed up, they were best friends. Acted like they loved each other. When the other roommate left, Jane would talk crap about her to me. Acted like she hated her. They both talked shit about each other endlessly to me the second the other one left.
That's when I realized they were both doing it to me too. They both acted happy to see me. Who knows what they said when I left. (I was guilty of trash talking Jane to be fair, but I don't remember treating her like a bff when I saw her. I put myself in "neutral" mode).
